This was the finest hospitality experience I've ever had at a Marriott-branded hotel. The attention to detail was impeccable, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us at every turn. The property was spotless, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. A special shoutout to Solange from the concierge team for her outstanding assistance in planning our week's activities. Other standout team members include Holly, Seth, Travis, Rex K (shuttle), Jake/Jack (Ski Valet), Emma, and the rest of the shuttle staff. There are others who contributed to our wonderful experience but I can't recall their names. The service provided by the staff is the main reason we'll be returning for our next ski trip in February. Suggestion: Consider adding another hot tub and an additional shuttle.

This is our first stay in this Westin and from now on this will be our “go-to” Beaver Creek resort. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen. Definitely worth the price. The pool and infinity hot tubs are big and beautiful. The resort is right on the river and bike path. The best part —is the fitness center, complete with Peloton cycles and treadmills. I was impressed. The only downside is we noticed some of the servers seemed annoyed, maybe because they were wearing masks and just getting used to the mostly Colorado crowd trying to get out of Denver’s strict Coronavirus restrictions. Despite that, I still give this resort 5 stars and would rather stay here than the Beaver Creek Ritz Carlton.

Let me start out by saying I do not ski but my family does. For that and many reasons this is one of my favorite hotels and we have stayed here several times. The lobby is so cozy and inviting and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The feeling is of luxury when here. I can spend the day here happily because they have a world class gym, an awesome heated outdoor lap pool, a hiking path along the river steps away, and walking distance to restaurants and shops in Avon. Only bummer is the steep charge for parking and no alternative. We have stayed at the hotel on SPG points and the villas using timeshare swap. We much prefer the hotel.

Usually I love this hotel, but this time it was a disappointment. If you’re going to get one thing from this review, let it be this: if you’re looking for the modern and spacious room experience that they tout in pictures, don’t get a double queen room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is quite small and dated. The room is also small and cramped. Another problem we experienced was noise from construction and a wedding. I did not receive notice of construction before arrival, but a lot of people complained because they were giving $100 credits for the noise. The wedding music from the weekend we were there was RIDICULOUSLY loud and went on past 10. If you wanted to open your balcony or windows you couldn’t, unless you wanted to be blasted with 70’s disco. At several points there was one was even outside for the wedding, yet it was still being blasted outside. That noise level needs to be checked. Finally, usually this place is quite clean, but not this time. There was a lot of trash by the pool by the end of the day - seems like no one was cleaning it periodically. There was a dismantled bed in our hallway for the last 24 hours of our trip. Random smells of dirty diapers from trash cans near the lobby several times throughout our stay.

We just finished a three night stay here. Our stay started a bit rocky as we were extremely disappointed with our room. We booked a studio with fireplace and balcony and the room was bland, with no decor, and didn’t look anything like the online photos. That all said, we really did enjoy our stay here. The vibe of the hotel was great. What we loved: the food was excellent, both at the bar and the restaurant; we enjoyed the nightly bands; we loved seeing all the well behaved dogs and their families enjoying themselves; we appreciated the local shuttle driver (free with tip) who took us up to Beaver Creek; we enjoyed the spa, pool area, and hot tubs, all very clean and inviting. Overall, we had an awesome stay and the room was just a room. On the positive side the room was very quiet, despite the hotel being sold out. The bed was soft and comfy. Please get rid of the rain shower shower heads. They are very awkward for women who don’t wash their hair every day. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back again soon.
