Our experience at the diving center at Coco Palm in the Maldives was simply outstanding! We were lucky enough to have Erika as our instructor, and she truly ignited our passion for diving. Her expertise, patience, and enthusiasm made every moment enjoyable and informative, allowing us to feel confident and thrilled as beginners. We did two dives: the first from the beach and the second from a boat, each unique and breathtaking in its own way. The center is impressively organized, with all equipment ready and in excellent condition, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. The team’s professionalism and attention to safety gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the underwater world. From vibrant coral reefs to exotic marine life, every dive felt like a new adventure. If you’re considering diving at Coco Palm, don’t hesitate! Amazing time at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu!! We spent 12 days at the island and would always go back! Highlights: - super eco friendly resort (e.g. no plastic bottles) - lush vegitation, very natural, super well maintained, nature at its best (incl. parrots, fruit bats, white chest water hen, gecko, … plus turtle rescue project) - super friendly staff, always happy and helpful and very committed - very good food, lots of local and regional dishes - very lively and intact house reef (lots of turtles and white tip reef sharks) Extra highlight: - Coco dive center! - Suuuper friendly and highly professional and well managed PADI dive center - amazing how they cater and manage all the different dive levels so everyone enjoys - special thanks (!!) to Miriam and Erika for the amazing dives and the warm hospitality (you are the best!)

Coco Palm, is a truly beautiful island, especially when the sun appears! We were extremely unlucky with the weather the week we stayed and so only have a couple of days to experience the fantastic views in full. An amazing bonus for us was the amount of Turtles that we spotted even when the water was so choppy. Joseph and his team could not have done more for us, super helpful and extremely friendly, nothing was ever a problem. We had a beach villa to start with which was beautiful, right on the edge of that water and beach and we then upgraded to a Lagoon Villa. What an amazing experience that was. Food and restaurant staff were incredible. The only disappointing thing we felt was there was not many plan b’s for when the weather wasn’t great, we had a few things cancelled due to weather which was disappointing but you cannot control that. However an absolutely brilliant stay and we will certainly be back. Thank you to all.

We booked through Tropic Breeze who do not provide a feedback form…our experience was first class. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Your upgrade to the lagoon villas was a complete surprise and we loved the experience. You could not make the weather better so it was a shame to miss out on the turtle trip and the sunset cruise but even without this the stay was unforgettable. There is no way you could have done any better Joseph and my family thanks you from our hearts for an amazing end to our experience of Sri Lanka and then the Maldives. So this is the ultimate ‘bare foot paradise’. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were looked after. On arrival at the island, by seaplane, our shoes came off and were not put back on for another two weeks. Perfect tranquility, the island is well maintained, with a team working around the clock to keep the island pristine and protect the environment. This is my third trip to the Maldives and my partners second. We both agreed that this island was a real gem and somewhere we could return to (interestingly approx. 40% of the guests were repeat visitors). The food in restaurant was fantastic, compared to other experiences the team focused on less dishes but at a very high quality, there was a great selection of dishes and everything was cooked fresh. They had this spot on. The staff were amazing, the restaurant staff Roji, Saeed and Elkentha always smiling and doing there all. The beach and Conch bar staff were brilliant, especially Hassini, who made the best cocktails on the island! We took a while to choose this place to stay as we had stayed at the Residence Dhigurah the year before and were struggling to find an alternative. We almost didn’t choose this resort based on some of the travelers photos (especially the bathrooms etc). That would have been a mistake; even when it rained slightly it was amazing. The place is perfect, September/October is a great time to visit, its quiet and mostly adults. Our only slight niggle was with the AI package, we both felt that this was a little limited and inflexible. It would have been nice to have had a wider selection of wine included and maybe a little flexibility with some of the drinks. Perfect get away in the Maldives – We would seriously consider going back to enjoy our daily pre-breakfast walks around the island in paradise!
