We were incorrectly charged for two consumptions from another room that we never used. When we approached the manager (her name was Melissa I think) to clarify the issue, she was very rude and unhelpful, stating that an investigation would be done — but the charges remained on our bill. Additionally, we were charged unexpected hotel fees for our two-night stay that were never disclosed at booking. Overall, the customer service was unpleasant and dismissive. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

My stay at the Grand Beach Surfside was nothing short of exceptional. The property is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a luxurious feel throughout. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The grounds are stunning—lush, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. If you’re looking for a high-end experience in a clean, elegant setting, this is the place to be.

Hands down the best hotel in Miami and thanks to odel. This guy knows how to manage a hotel and how to treat his guest. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ve stayed at some of the nicest hotels in Miami and nothing compares to this one. 15/10 rating

Very nice and clean hotel. My wife and I spent 2 nights (3/6/25-3/8/25) there and enjoyed our stay. The trouble began when I realized my vehicle had been damaged by the hotel valet service in the garage. I did talk to one person in the office, who i sent pictures of the damage. She sent them to the manager of the valet dept., who reached out and said he watched video and it didn't happen there. I sent multiple emails to several managers , including the general manager, asking them to call me and no one has. At $49/night to park your car, I don't expect it returned to me damaged and then receive no help from the managers. The damage had to happen by whoever was driving it and it wasn't me, where its located on the vehicle it couldn't be from another car. After spending over $2,000 for a 2 night stay, I would expect better service if they want return business. Very disappointed in management and would suggest you video the outside of your vehicle before giving them your keys. Alan S
