Amazing experience

Odel, Hernan and Reuvan made our stay at the hotel better than we could have imagined! They were extremely accommodating and were always willing to go above and beyond to help us with all our needs! We will definitely be back due to their incredible service!

Worst Hotel - Total Misrepresentation

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

This hotel is the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We had a two-bedroom suite. The jacuzzi's on the rooftop and first floor pool areas were not working. The rooftop pool heater was not turned on or functional, and no one could swim in it. The air conditioners, located in the armoires opposite and two feet in front of the beds were so loud and going on and off thru the night - impossible to sleep. One bedroom did not even have a door. We addressed these issues with the hotel personnel and we were lied to and ignored. No attempts were made to rectify the situation, and the hotel management was always conveniently not around for the five nights we were there. It was a short vacation that became an absolute nightmare. Lousy service and housekeeping to boot. Certainly not a "resort". This hotel is worse than a roadside motel.

Great stay but need to answer their phones

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Check in was good but unfortunately the room on the 4th floor we were given had a burning electrical smell. An engineer simply said we must have turned on the heat which we did not. And it was not pleasant to look at a condo complex from our balcony that was being remodeled. Thank goodness we were moved to another room ( and the bellman confirmed the awful smell in the room) with a fantastic balcony with a view of the ocean. All thanks to Reuben and Jayden who were very professional and courteous to me. Also the room was an upgrade to the first one in every way. Two comfortable beds and two bathrooms with nice showers but sometimes we did not have hot water. I was told that was because we were on the 12th floor and that on cooler days it took longer for the hot water to reach our showers. Housekeeping did a great job though thanks to Yolanda. The restaurant had great food and we enjoyed room service on some days for breakfast. Everyone at this hotel was very nice but the biggest problem is to get someone to answer the phone. It doesn’t matter how many times it rings ..no one picks up the phone. We couldn’t get the operator or the front desk or room service to answer. We gave up on room service a couple times and had breakfast in the restaurant. The front desk claims that they can’t answer the phone if they have someone there. We finally connected with an operator who handled matters for us. Thank you Delores!! She couldn’t get through to room service but would make sure at some point in time they would call us. The main reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the issue with the phones. It didn’t matter how many times you would call.. no one would answer. Oh and finally … the Rejuvenation spa is a 5 star experience. Thank you Monica! And I enjoyed visiting with the owner Debbie. They just need to change the boring funeral music the hotel has them playing during your massage. And finally the hotel is in a nice location and you can walk to the Bal Harbour shops. Great restaurant there … Carpaccio. Stayed 6 nights. All in all a great stay!!

Best location and upscale Miami Beach hotel

I am regular visitor in Miami Beach Florida area, twice a month and I always stay at this hotel. The hotel is just absolutely located in the nicest area of Miami Beach across from Bal Harbour shopping mall The beach is pristine and as you walk in the hotel you can see the ocean from the lobby a bit and it’s steps away from the back of the hotel. The rooms are spacious which can sleep 4. The bar , restaurants , breakfast is very nice. It’ never too hard to get to the beach and always chairs are available and it’s not too crowded. Finally the manager Odel and all the staff - Rubin, Ron , Rosa, Norma, Etty, Norma and all the folks in the restaurants, lobby , and concierge are very friendly and always helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and it’s my go to place in Miami Beach !!!

Loved my trip there

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

It was a solid 5. Very good location, people are nice, service is good. A beautiful place where to relax! The breakfast was super cool, the only downside I could find is that I am a fan of coffee with oat milk. And the oat milk they used was not good. Suggestion: Barista earth’s own Oat milk (number 1 brand for barista oat milk). The staff at the bar was very nice, everything was perfect. The setting was very relaxing, and people were smiling.
