Fun in the sun
Great time by the pool with Sandro from Finesse Corporate wellness. Daughter loved playing splash pong in the shade while taking a break from the sun. A nice addition for families who are staying at the hotel and want some extra entertainment in a relaxing setting!

Amazing hotel however Cedric and Julian at the beach are outstanding couldn’t make a better morning and beach experience there the best I’ve ever seen in a beach resort. It’s a perfect 75° day and beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing. I had a ham and cheese omelette.

Great activities at the pool for kids
We are return visitors to the Ritz and our stays are always wonderful. This visit was made extra special by Katelyn. She owns a wellness company (Finesse) and offered free face painting and henna at the pool and it made my children’s day. She was so sweet and talented! I would come back just for this. Thank you to the Ritz for having her!

Great for kids!
We had a wonderful stay at the ritz Carlton - we especially loved the activities at the pool for all the kids! My kids loved the face painting with Katelyn from Finesse! Was so fun! We also enjoyed the afternoon ice cream was a great treat. All the staff was very nice and friendly

Car deodorizer smell. Short staffed and disorganized
The rooms are wildly uneven and not at all monitored by the hotel for quality! These are largely investor owed “units” so it’s a crap shoot on what your 2+ grand a night buys …ours smelled like a car Christmas tree deodorizer and was none to clean or well appointed. Our rez request for a bath and a half was ignored as was our ocean view. Front desk staff seemed to be on a hunt to sign up Marriott point members and took elaborate pains to detail this well known program. On the plus side ….we found other nearby accommodations and checked out immediately. Best part was the unsupervised kids playing in the elevators and lobby They actually seemed to be having fun.
