I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Jadis Hotel and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from the start to the finish. Upon arrival, staff gave us a warmly welcomed and were also incredibly helpful.Room was neat,clean and well maintained. I appreciated the emphasis on hygiene which added an extra layer of reassurance during my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The resort is awesome I appreciate the privacy of each room with its pool. The staffs are great special thanks to Shakil, Pravesh and the trainees who does great job. They pay attention to great details. Love this resort will surely viait again.

A dream come true! We spent our Wedding anniversary at Le Jadis Mauritius and it was like a Dream. It truly exceeded all our expectations! This five-star gem is a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility, nestled right by a stunning bay where dolphins playfully dance in the water. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our was perfect, greeting us with warm smiles and attentive care. The luxurious villa suite villa we occupied had a beachfront access, a massive private pool, a jacuzzi and a private Hammam. 🧖‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️ 🏝️ The dining experience was equally exceptional. Overall, Le Jadis is a perfect retreat for anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and impeccable service. Can’t wait to come back 💖

The pool, food, gym and hydro-massage pool were exquisite. Conchita of the spa made our experience more top-tier! What a delight she is. The buffet was delicious. They also surprised us with a birthday cake. However, the hotel looked understaffed during our stay. There was no one at the ‘beach house’ where we wanted to do nautical activities. Additionally, the ‘warm pool’ was quity dirty, from the dirty water cascading from the next-to -the-shisha-bar-pond. Speaking of shisha, please upgrade the shisha equipment. Also, despite enjoying the chill lounge music, we would have appreciated a more vibrant Saturday night with dancefloor open - you could consider the table tennis area for same. Another sad thing: there was a stray cat roaming around that needs to be sterilized. She was with her 4 starving kittens. Please contact a cat rescue service who might assist. Overall, thanks for the beautiful stay!

Really beautiful hotel with amazing view. I’ve been in this paradise in may 2022 amazing services from the staff, me and my fiancé we wanted again to book for a stay at Le Jadis for this summer Nov , ive been trying to call since yesterday but the reservation never answered! I’ve tried again this morning but it’s the same and the person in reception told me to try in the afternoon, which was really waste of my time because I’ve lot of things to do. I’ve tried again in the afternoon Mr Ananad answered and ive explained everything to him about the type of room I want and he took all my details like mail add etc to confirm my booking and the price and he told me that he will sent me a mail today itself during the afternoon I keep waiting till the evening 18:50 but I haven’t received any mail yet , I call again he answered I explain him that I’m waiting for his mail it’s really important to me he told me that we will sent it to you but by mistake I heard that he already sent it to me , I told him I didn’t receive any mail yet please check it again, but he replied rudely that Mme I told you that we will sent it to you listen carefully we have a policy of 24hr to reply a mail , which was really unpleasant to listen the way he was talking rudely I told him I will see the director for your behavior, he told me go ahead, first of all there was lack of communication he could have told me he will send the mail by tomorrow, he was really unpolite. I think there is lack of training in management should be more warmth when talking we guest.
