Angsana Balaclava Mauritius

This is an amazing hotel. So quiet and feels like you are in Paradise! The hotel is on the beach and nothing else around you. The staff are amazing. We were met by Kiarin and no problem letting us into our suite earlier than we should have been which was great after a 12 hour flight from the UK. All the staff were very nice and friendly especially Nana who looked after us at meal times. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We ended up doing yoga on the beach every morning with our fantastic instructor Nidhin. If you want a relaxing peaceful holiday then this is the place to be and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is very nice. We had a little bit of a hiccup when we arrived since they didn’t find our booking :-) but they sorted it out quickly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The private pool is unfortunately is a little bit too hot, but that’s because the sun heats it up the whole day. What I really want to mention is the massage. We had one yesterday from Sheela and Neene. I’m not sure if I wrote the names correctly but I’m sure they will understand.:-) the massage was great and one of our highlight during our stay. We booked the all-inclusive package since we don’t like to sign paper all the time and after every meal or a drink. Unfortunately, this didn’t work out very well. While the inclusive package is a good deal, they still run after us for signatures of what we consumed. It’s a procedure, but it’s not a comforting

The hotel is more or less ok. The food is fine.nothibg spectacular, clean, "ok'ish". But really one downside there is - the large pool needs real work and cleaning. The large pool functions incorrectly and that is a big problem. Sea is unswimmable - a lot of rocks and sea urchin

Le Jadis Beach Resort is one of the best places I have been in Mauritius. It is a private get-away, blended in luxurious living which makes the whole staycation great. I was over for New Year Eve's celebration as well as breakfast as a non-resident. The food is excellent, the service impeccable. The staff is welcoming and warm and with such a personalised touch that is almost overwhelming. They are constantly waiting on you and making your experience better. The breakfast I booked was for my mother's birthday in January and right by their own judgement made a delicious cake for her which just made her day. That was priceless and I cannot thank Mr Jamal Nasser and his staff enough for this gesture. I definitely recommend this hotel in Balaclava and will definitely keep going too.

The gala dinner was a true masterpiece. Chef Prakash’s culinary creations were outstanding, and the seamless service from the waitstaff enhanced the experience. Special recognition to Nasser Jamal for organizing such a flawless event—his welcoming and helpful nature made all the difference. A night to cherish!
