I can’t fault the staff. They are all wonderful. We ate in both the Tapas restaurant and Faces and found the food very very good. We had a problem with the tap in our first villa and we ended up being moved. The staff were so apologetic even though we understood that these things happen from time to time. The pool in the villa is quite large and with a lovely shaded day bed it was the perfect place to relax. My only negative feedback which I’m not even sure the hotel can manage is the dogs that live just on the other side of the wall from our villa which was at the very back. The incessant barking and fighting day and night kept us awake. Luckily I had some ear plugs but it did take away from the tranquility. It just appears to be bush land then a golf course. The resort is open plan and all the dining is open air and there is a lot of steps so it would not suit everyone. I do think it suits the targeted market of couples and is an easy drive from the airport. We would stay here again but would prefer a villa not so close to the bushland.

Fantastic place to rest and desconect. The rooms with a private swimming pool make of the experience something very special. The staff is very professional and nice above all Subkhi! The Faces (the restaurant) with a high level of cuisine. The only point to improve to be perfect is the gym which is under the level of hotel.

The resort is very beautiful and wonderful, the staff's treatment was wonderful, the restaurant was wonderful, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the stay was beautiful, thanks to everyone and especially the wonderful respected manager

We absolutely loved our stay at this ultra quiet and peaceful resort. We loved our private villa pool, ate loads of very yummy foods which are wonderfully cooked and super friendly staff that go out of their way to make your stay great as much as they can - nothing is too much trouble. We really want to thank everyone from the amazing spa salon staff, chefs and wait staff in both restaurants, room service, reception and ground staff that always were happy and do an amazing job of keeping the place spotless!

Fabulous child free resort with friendly staff and beautiful, private villas with pool . Breakfasts and dinners were delicious, the property perfectly maintained. With complimentary transfers to and from the airport and within the Nusa Dua area included, it was a magical stay and we will return. We were also allocated a villa to while away the time before our late departure. Management cover all bases to ensure a perfect escape.
