The Bale

The Bale is our new home in Bali. The staff are so delightful and helpful. I would like to give special mention to- Christy in hospitality….now known to us as Smiley, was exceedingly helpful in every way Benny our Chef….master cooking instructor and all round nice guy Juna…just an absolute delight … nothing is too much trouble Lisa and Wena…. Trainees who have already learnt The Bale way Gobi… our driver who was so kind and helped us with the bank. Genuinely, all the staff were amazing. I wish I could give each one a mention. From housekeeping to engineering and front desk to hospitality ang gardening to management, thank you. The resort itself was fantastic, luxurious and extremely clean. Looking forward to our return visit.

Overall the best experience I had on my first trip to Bali. Greeted by very warm and friendly service staff such as Subkhi, Gobi, Bayu, Ade and the rest of the crew. Our villa is clean, huge, great amenities and focuses a lot on recycling and reusing to be environmentally-friendly. The food is amazing and delicious! The spa is also beyond wonderful, the atmosphere and the massage itself, the best one I had so far. The candlelit dinner is done in the privacy of your own villa and I had the most beautiful time with good food and company. Will definitely come back here again and recommend it!

From the moment you arrive, this place has such a lovely vibe you cant help feeling relaxed, smiley, and you know an amazing holiday begins. From the 75" smart TV, probably the most comfortable bed and linens ever, total peace and exeptiinal service The Bale is exactly what youvimagine for the perfect Bali destination. I loved yhe little touches: personalised fragrant soaps, fresh guava and tangerines, littke boxes of dried mango, cashews, to name a few. I loved the food at Faces restaurant too. When your private pool has done its magic, walk down to Geger beach, one of the few white sandy beaches in Bali, just a casual 7 minute stroll, water is pristine, eye candy pretty good too

We stayed here on our honeymoon and booked the two-villa suite, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. The suite featured two private pools and a spacious daybed, offering an unparalleled sense of privacy and tranquility. The service was exceptional—every staff member was kind, responsive, and genuinely attentive to our needs. My wife has celiac disease, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate her dietary restrictions. They not only ensured her meals were completely gluten-free but also prepared custom dishes tailored specifically for her. One standout was the refreshing watermelon gazpacho, which was a delightful and flavorful treat. The property itself was immaculate, with spotlessly clean premises and a housekeeping team that maintained our suite to perfection every day. After spending three weeks in Bali, this was, without a doubt, the most relaxing and luxurious part of our trip. Every detail, from the serene atmosphere to the world-class hospitality, exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking a luxurious retreat in Bali.

The staff were impeccable!!! Cannot fault them at all. Couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was great. The hotel minimalist style was beautiful. But we keep coming back to the staff. It’s all about the staff and they were the best!! Thank you.
