I had an excellent stay at the Umana Bali ocean view and the concierge Ary Suryanti was always willing to do anything upon request. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Umana Bali and will return again. The rooms were neat , clean and tidy. The view was spectacular and indeed uncompromising.I hope I can come again and the breakfast had a excellent selection

We stayed at this fantastic hotel and resort for two nights in one of their One-bedroom Tropical Garden Pool Villas. The villa was incredible, and the service was top-notch! Every team member we encountered, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, greeted us warmly, from the front desk to the housekeeping and engineering staff. And let’s not forget the Uma team. We were exceptionally well-cared for throughout our stay, especially by our stay curator, Richard, the Commune team members Ade, Lofan, and Nidya, and the driver who repeatedly transported us from the hotel to Melasti Beach (I didn’t catch his name). He even waved us farewell as we boarded the cab until we lost sight of him. We enjoyed the morning yoga session, and our instructor was very skilled, kind, and knowledgeable.

Every meal we had at the hotel’s restaurants was simply divine—each dish bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection. Amazing resort if you want peace and quiet, seclusion and rest. The rooms are huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The pool was always kept clean, and the layout was well thought out. Most of the time, you call for a golf cart to take you around. Never waited more than 5 minutes for them to come. Gian at the front desk and Ade at Commune restaurant were outstanding. Friendly, caring, attentive, and professional. Can not say enough nice things about the two of them. We took the village walk and a private all-day tour on two of the days. We went to Loma spa.said It was one of the best facial I ever had, My husband had an amazing massage. We are Hilton Diamond members, and we got upgraded to a partial ocean view villa. The included breakfast was absolutely incredible. All around, we had a fantastic vacation.

Spend a week at Umana with my family. We all LOVED it. The villas are tastefully decorated, spacious, nice and clean. We only experienced really kind and professional service from all of the employees. (The kindest and most sincere ever - actually) The food is really good and even my picky kids loved it. Would love to come back.
