Conrad Bali

There are almost no words to describe what an amazing experience we had at the Conrad. The staff was truly exceptional all around, and our suite in the Conrad Suites wing was breathtakingly beautiful. There is a wide range of activities offered which we took advantage of, and our dinner at the Japanese restaurant (Rin) was excellent. So much so that we signed up for the sushi making class the next day, which also turned out to be a highlight of our stay. We also booked the romantic dinner at the beach which turned out to be one of those experiences we will never forget. We would especially like to thank the staff in the lounge who were generous with their time and advice during our visits there. Tea time and evening cocktails are both great ways to relax and spend time here. It was extremely difficult to say goodbye, but we will absolutely come back on our next trip to Bali.

I recently stayed at the Conrad Bali and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm service really made us feel at home throughout our stay. That said, the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. While they were still comfortable and clean, some areas felt like they could benefit from a refresh to match the luxury vibe of the resort. Despite this, the overall experience was still very enjoyable. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and great amenities. I would recommend Conrad Bali for those looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service, though it would be nice to see the rooms modernized in the future.

Fantastic option for a good dose of R & R and pampering. The location suited us wonderfully and was so quiet, yet close to everything we were looking for (largely massages and a market or two). The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and appointed and offers a range of activities and dining options. Our suite was a lovely space to retreat to and we were wonderfully taken care of by Nanta in the Curator team, and all the other staff we encountered greet you with warm smiles and authentic engagement. Two others we want to give a special call-out to are Putra, and Kariada. Thanks team, we'll be back.

My husband and I stayed at the following properties/dates: August 27- September 3 at the Hilton Bali, September 3-10 at the Conrad Bali, and September 10-15 at the Umana. All of the Hilton properties were fantastic, and we have already booked our return for February 2025. Note that my husband is a Hilton Honors Diamond member. Hilton made a special effort to recognize his status at all of the hotels with various nice touches, and thanked him for his loyalty every day. A separate review has been posted regarding the Hilton Bali. This was our fourth stay at the Conrad Bali, and once again, our stay was lovely! The Conrad now offers afternoon tea/evening canapes at multiple locations throughout the hotel, but we prefer to visit the Lobby Lounge where the service is always impeccable. A special thank you to Putu Suartini, Agung, Sukmavanti in the lobby lounge, and too many others to name. There are shops and dining options walking distance outside of the hotel, but we generally stayed on the property as the grounds are beautiful, the food options are plentiful and tasty, and the room service is relatively quick. This is the third year that we have celebrated our wedding anniversary at 8 Degrees South, and we always enjoy the seacuterie selection. Unfortunately, it appears that they no longer offer the special occasion beachside cabana dining option that we enjoyed during two previous anniversaries, but it was still special to dine outside under the stars. We also enjoyed a Rijsttafel meal next to the koi pond, and the staff brought various frozen fruit and treats to enjoy at the Conrad Suites pool. Some very minor feedback-- in the tropics, we prefer to sleep with a light blanket. However, it seems that all hotels in tropical locations use down blankets, and the Conrad is no exception. There was a language barrier in explaining bedding preferences, but the Conrad made every attempt to accommodate our request. In fact, the Conrad staff makes a huge effort in everything that they do for guests - they are so kind, generous and warm. There were some frustrating occasions in which some of the younger Hilton guests were allowed to scream for some period of time, particularly in the early morning and right outside of our balcony, and also at the Conrad Suites pool. We moved to the adults only pool at the spa, but there was no service and limited shade and loungers. An adults- only Conrad Suites pool would be appreciated. We can’t wait to check back into the Conrad Bali on February 2, 2025!

Went there on a honeymoon with my partner, the stuff were really lovely and assured me with all my enquires helping me plan some activities and dinners to do with my partner, the food and amenities and pool was amazing and the scenery in the resort was impeccable I’d definitely recommend this place for a couple or family’s, also my host Nanta was very helpful by assisting us and helping us navigate around and make the most out of our stay at Conrad Bali! 10/10 experience if I could give more I would definitely will be returning there
