Conrad Bali

Its our first time in Bali, Conrad Bali is top notch when It comes to hospitality! The day we arrived we were well taken care of Ms. Cecille. She really made us felt we are important. We enjoyed the lounge and breakfast. And main restaurant, you can watched traditional play while enjoying dinner with family & friends. On our last day, we received a nice Bali beach bag that my wife enjoyed so very much .She used it everywhere we go. ;) Our room is superb. The cleaner staff made sure it's clean and shinny everyday. The RIM restaurant was excellent! It's in a very good location. Lot's of water sports activities that you can do. We felt our vacation in Bali is the best ever and very relaxing place to be. All the staff will go above and beyond to help you.We had amazing Bali experience. We will repeat in the near future.Job well done Conrad Bali!!!

Dear. Conrad Team, Cicilia Angelisca Conrad Team gave an unforgettable impression. Thank you very much to everyone and Cicilia Angelisca. I had to go to the hospital in a hurry because I was sick at dawn on my birthday, but he came to the room quickly and helped me with everything from Pick Drop. Thanks to this, I was able to take quick action and my condition improved even more. They even sent me a warm tea in the morning. If you rest all day and then go to the swimming pool where your family is and rest in the bed, I asked my personal concierge to clean up, and when I went to the room after being contacted that it was over, they even had a surprise birthday party. Is there another hotel that impresses you so much? My family was very impressed. I will also visit next year. We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Bali twice, for two weeks once in April 2023 and again in August 2024, and we’ve been meaning to write a review to share the exceptional service we’ve received on both visits. Our most recent trip was especially memorable as the team helped with our proposal. Cicilia and Nanta went out of their way to decorate our penthouse for 3 hours, while we were out for dinner. The following morning, we were so touched to be greeted with congratulations from so many staff members. Ogi, who works by the beach huts, was another highlight of our trip. He’s not just a staff member but has become a friend. He always goes above and beyond to accommodate us, whether it’s securing a cabana, reserving sunbeds, or helping with anything else we needed. Arta, our chauffeur and tour guide, was amazing too. He showed us around Bali during our first trip, and we always make sure he’s the one to pick us up or drop us off at the airport. His warmth and knowledge made the trip more enjoyable. We loved this hotel so much that we flew our parent and their partner to stay with us for a few days. During our stay, we had the opportunity to try a few different rooms, and it was fun experiencing the unique features each one had to offer. We’ve tried and tested so much of what Conrad Bali has to offer and we couldn’t recommend this place any more! Conrad Bali will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to be back.

I’m comparing this to the grand Hyatt I stayed at a year ago. I stayed for a week in a one bed suite. Pros The pools and grounds are really nice. The main pool is stunning. The size and design of it are really amazing. I actually preferred the suites pool which is a bit smaller however it was a quieter setting and less busy. The suite was very good. Size was huge and perfect for a family of three (4 yr old daughter). Still looking modern for 20 years old however could do with some usb chargers, bigger tv, more cups etc. does lack the modern business traveller style amenities. Service was really good. I loved the what’s app service chat and staff were polite and accommodating. Cons ( not necessarily bad but compared to the grand Hyatt) This hotel is noisy. In terms of there is a lot going on. We are up to night 5 and we have had 2 weddings and 2 Conferences. It’s a fact of a hotel that they do this and it’s not super annoying but the setup during the day does get a bit irritating. Again just something to be aware of when booking. Further to this, the first suite we had was right next to the main road and above the Japanese restaurant. It was pretty noisy however they moved us with no complaints or fuss at all. The food is good however grand Hyatt was better. I’d give the Japanese a miss however can recommend the 8 degrees. Location wise there is not much outside the gate worth visiting. There are some good restaurants in other hotels along the beach strip if you walk towards the beach and turn right. Overall I’d return and I preferred this to the grand Hyatt

Room was lovely. The property is spectacular. We loved the pool and the vibe around. My daughter just loved the kura kura kids club and was happy to stay there all day long without us around too. Lovely staff ... everything was perfect. The seaside bonfire experience was also lovely.
