Conrad Bali

The hotel is huge, location is amazing, staff are lovely, friendly and polite. Unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained. The suite we were initially given was huge but badly maintained. It was musty, mouldy and filthy. The sheets were stained, toilets were filthy. We called them and requested for an immediate change especially since I was travelling with children. The manager, Mr Sandy was a kind and apologetic gentleman who immediately sorted out the pool villa for us. Again, the pool villa was significantly better but lacked freshness. The toilet flush system was ridiculous and the private pools not cleaned regularly. It was also a rainy season so to be honest that could well be blamed. I applaud the lovely staff and the surrounding which is calm and serene. However the entire hotel needs a complete refurbishment and uplift. I would not recommend it otherwise.

Conrad hotel is the one amazing hotel I have been stay. Excellent service in all parts for customer. Good hospitality, make me feel stay like my home. No bad comments for this hotel. Everything beyond my expectation. If I came back to Bali, I will choose this hotel as my choice to stay.

Good solid 5* hotel , staff outstanding. Located more to the north of Nusa dua this hotel didn’t disappoint. Clean spacious rooms with big modern outside loungers Exceptional comfortable beds We were based in rooms nearer the spa , which was furthest away from the main part but suited us as we enjoy the peace . Lots of pools and areas , main pool and area mostly families and children in the pools but u have plenty of space to find your own quiet lounger . Pool nearer spa seems more peaceful with gorgeous 4 poster beds and plenty of shade . Would have been nice if this area was made adults only as seems perfect spot for this , still a lot quieter than the main pool . We found a fabulous dinner place , first restaurant on right outside hotel , ( road side ) Such yummy tasty Thai and western dishes highly recommend. There is also a really good laundry service across the road which we used , clean fresh smelling laundry all pressed for a few £ . The staff all over the hotel are of an exceptional standard, especially the pool bar team . Breakfast was good , good choice and staff very efficient , plates cleared immediately and coffees brought promptly. Nothing to grumble about here a good solid choice 👍

I visited Bali during the rainy season, but the weather becomes not important for staying in Conrad Bali. All staff members are very friendly and helpful, and can speak good English. Special credit to Eka who handled my luggage at my arrival. He then welcomes my friend and me EVERY DAY in the lobby with personal touch. Also, Yunita from Concierge is also very helpful. She whatsapp-ed me all the necessary info and make arrangement from day trips to hotel activities at a one-stop shop. I feel so comfortable with their services. The only thing for improvement is the food quality (especially the room service was not hot enough). Yet, the excellent guest services offset the food quality which has room for improvement.

Conrad Bali is one for the books! I’ve been to Bali before but it was my first time staying at the Conrad. From our check in, to our check out, we were greeted with smiles throughout. Being a Hilton gold member, we were upgraded to a suite and this room surpassed our expectations! Every single member of staff is exceptionally hospitable and catered to every one of our needs. An honorable mention to the staff at Suku restaurant who actually shared the recipe of one of my wife’s favourite meals there. We are truly delighted thanks to Indra. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Our Conrad curator, Adriel made our stay memorable and was there at every beck and call ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. He humbly shared his WhatsApp number and gave us instant responses for every question we had. Thank you to Adriel for my wife’s Conrad bag, a true momento. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!
