Conrad Bali

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and the stay exceeded our expectations - warmth, concierge service, deliciously decadent breakfast buffet, and fun local trips. And we've been to Bali before - long ago, i actually officiated my 1st wedding and now I'm celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary here. It started out well with good room choices.. -Conrad is one of only a few truly ocean-front resorts in Bali. Many gorgeous resorts in Bali but few SO close to the water that from our room we could hear the surf - that is amazing and my criteria. My husband and I always love seeing and hearing the waves and waking up to a gorgeous vista. - Concierge Service - what's super nice is that they have concierge service for guests. Nanta was terrific and helped us throughout our trip - whether it was organizing an excellent scuba trip to Nusa Penida/Manta Bay or visiting ethereal sea temples - tanah lot, et al. And dinner reservations. We enjoyed so many of our meals - Suku has 2 nights/week with performances and an amazing buffet - which let us try many different dishes and flavors. Loved all the sambals, sates, and the different regional duck preparations. - Personal Touch -when we arrived, it's super cute - they had decorated our room with rose petals and 25th year wedding anniversary in leaves. Super cute. It's so very nice, we are wistful and wanting to come back again!

I spent my first holiday of 2025 at Conrad Bali, and it was such a wonderful start to the year. At 26 weeks pregnant, my stay felt extra special and comforting. The resort made me feel so cared for, especially with the warm and exceptional service from the Conrad Curator team, led by Rizky Maulana. He’s truly amazing and friendly, humble, and always going above and beyond to make sure every need was met. As a soon to be mom, his attention and understanding meant so much to me. While the property itself is slightly dated, especially the suite buildings, I believe a renovation would elevate the experience even more. That said, the service from pre-arrival to check-in and throughout the stay, was absolutely flawless. I felt like I was home, and I can’t wait to return with my little one soon. Bali feels like my second home thanks to this amazing resort! <3

Stayed at the Conrad Bali as part of a work conference but extended to take in the beautiful island . Friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. Excellent location in Nusa Dua and we highly recommend an ocean front room. Certainly a great resort with every facility you would expect and could need. Ran on the beach path and did sunrise Yoga making this a special place.

Great fun for the whole family. Our two boys who are 4 and 6 throughly enjoyed the pools, water sports activities and all that the Conrad Bali has to offer We will definitely be back for another stay in the future. Highly reccomend to families looking for a hotel with plenty of pools and family fun

This hotel was fantastic. We loved all the pools and our room was incredible. What really sets this place apart is the customer service, absolutely first class. We did not see one single unhappy staff member. Everyone from reception, restaurants, room service through to gardeners and maintenance had a smile on their face and took time to say hello. The only drawback for us (a couple in our 50s) was that this is very much a family resort, so it was hard to find a quiet spot around the pools. It would have been great to have an adults only pool at the resort. That said, I would certainly recommend the property to people travelling with children.
