Conrad Bali

One of the best hotel that me and my family stayed so far around Bali. They provide a luxurious amenities and the service were unmatched! From the moment we book the booking, the Conrad Concierge team reach us prior even before of our arrival, when we came to the hotel we were assisted by Curator named Christian Fernando, he is one of a kind example that the luxurious service can be elevated even more! During our stay we extended one more night but there was an issue with the wedding noise happening at the 1st building, I expressed my unconvenience to him and he promptly addressed the issue and resolve the matter and even gave a gift for us as parting gift! The pool, the breakfast were top notch and recommended for you if you seek for a lovely hotel and did not want to go anywhere else besides enjoying the resort facilities. Will definetly come back and couldn’t wait to enjoy the luxury services Conrad Bali has to offer. Kudos to all the staff! 10/10

I had the pleasure of staying at The Conrad Hotel Bali November 2-7th and then again November 15-18th 2024. The hotel itself is stunning. Yes it really does look like the pictures and on instagram. I had booked the deluxe lagoon pool suite for both stays and they did not disappoint. I stayed in room 1107 on my first visit which was tucked away on the side of the hotel and was perfectly quiet and almost like having your own pool area. My second stay was in room 1207 which was located directly across from the main pool area. If you want more secluded go with a room 1107 side that also includes a pool ladder. If you want steps that literally walk you right into the pool go with a lagoon room in the 1207 area. I will say that the latter room is an adjoining room so good if you need it, but also it’s a little noisier in the hall but I didn’t find this to be an issue for me. From the minute I got out of the car that The Conrad booked for me to collect me from the airport the experience was wonderful. I arrived to the hotel around 12:30 am /00:32 in the morning and you wouldn’t know it. The receptionist was cheerful informative and down right pleasant. I got all the information I needed and whisked to my lovely room. The Balinese people are lovely. They were a huge part of why I loved my experience so much. Combine that with the Conrad’s service that I have grown to love and you have the perfect recipe for an exceptional stay. Every single person I had the pleasure of being served by be that pool attendants, the bar staff, restaurants, and the spa employees were delightful and cheery. I almost felt like does anyone have a bad day around here?! I cannot say enough about the Balinese people , the culture, and all the smiling faces. This is a huge part of why this particular Conrad hotel shines. In particular one person really stood out for me. His name is Made Hariananta. But he goes by Nanta. After I booked my stays I got an email from the Conrad concierge team and a preference sheet via online to book any restaurants spa appts ect. Which of course I filled out. When I got a response from Conrad Bali it was warmly signed Nanta. I emailed back to convey how important this stay was for me bc I was going to be celebrating my 50th birthday at the Conrad hotel. I expressed my desire for a specific assignment which was not exactly on the menu at the Conrad. Along with some other itinerary’s that were. Let me just say that Nanta successfully organized a very special request that went above by expectations. Not only did we go back and forth via email to work out times ect for all my activities but even after I arrived he checked in on occasion to see if I needed anything else and made sure I knew the times and where I had to be for certain events. Very helpful and sincere follow ups without being disruptive or intrusive on my holiday. I really appreciated this very much bc I didn’t have to remember the times or dates of anything. I could truly truly relax into my very special holiday and I found that to be Devine. He also added some surprises on my room on my actual birthday that I was not expecting and a cake was even delivered that was beautiful and very tasty. He added little touches here and there that made me feel like I was a VIP. His service was everything I would expect from a Conrad curator and then some. Nanta even anticipated my needs before I knew I needed them which is rare. Nanta is an exceptional staff member and I hope you are lucky enough to work with him for your stay. A real gem and I am planning to go back next November in large part bc of the excellent experience I received while staying there. The restaurants were wonderful especially RIN, I had my birthday dinner there and the Japanese tasting menu was perfect. Almost too much food for one person frankly. But very good/ in addition I am a pool person and this property is a pool lovers dream. The winding lagoon was lovely to explore and the main pool is huge. I never felt like the grounds were ever crowded esp on my first stay when there were alot more ppl on property. In short the staff are amazing, kind, and very attentive. I loved getting to know several of them well and look forward to seeing those faces again next year. If you want a beautiful resort with exceptional service then I cannot recommend The Conrad Bali hotel enough. I absolutely loved it.

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults + 2 kids. The property is humongous and widely spread out. The room size is very good. The sea/ partially sea facing rooms are quite appealing. The pools are amazing all over the property. Overall it's well kempt but I found a lot of dust to be seen around the reception area while checking inn. My first impression wasn't that great about the cleanliness when I checked inn, but other the property is well maintained. The Breakfast spread was good but quality and taste wise really nothing great. The worst part of the hotel is that it has almost 4 wings and they are widely spread. You can really get lost in and it's a task to find your room. No signage no security around every wing, so no one to guide you. Infact we had to call the reception twice to find our room. Though we had senior citizens they did not give us rooms near to the reception area , these things matter a lot which they should be taking care about on checkin. Though later they were really accommodating after learning about the same. Pool bar is amazing with great food. Top notch service by the staff. Nice bales around the pool area to relax in. They have their own water sports area within the resort to do your booking and water sports. Though we did not find it that safe and their was no proper safety briefing given before any activity. This should be taken care by hotel management. On one of the nights they closed the only AC restraunt for Ala carte for their buffet. We had to have dinner in their non ac lobby restraunt which was quite annoying. The guests should be informed much in advance before booking about these kind of arrangements. Hotel is a little worned our, but not that bad. The extra bed is like a child bed, it's just too small. They have a shuttle to bali collection area, which is good. Did not see anyone swimming inside the sea. Continous water sports going around the beach, which can be disappointing for people looking out for a Serene sea view only while chilling in the beds. Spa was great. They had indian food in their menu, though we did not order any. Money exchange just outside the hotel. Gleatos available at the pools area. Kids area seemed very small and quite sad for our 10 year old kids. Overall a good property with some shortfalls.

There are almost no words to describe what an amazing experience we had at the Conrad. The staff was truly exceptional all around, and our suite in the Conrad Suites wing was breathtakingly beautiful. There is a wide range of activities offered which we took advantage of, and our dinner at the Japanese restaurant (Rin) was excellent. So much so that we signed up for the sushi making class the next day, which also turned out to be a highlight of our stay. We also booked the romantic dinner at the beach which turned out to be one of those experiences we will never forget. We would especially like to thank the staff in the lounge who were generous with their time and advice during our visits there. Tea time and evening cocktails are both great ways to relax and spend time here. It was extremely difficult to say goodbye, but we will absolutely come back on our next trip to Bali.

I recently stayed at the Conrad Bali and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm service really made us feel at home throughout our stay. That said, the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. While they were still comfortable and clean, some areas felt like they could benefit from a refresh to match the luxury vibe of the resort. Despite this, the overall experience was still very enjoyable. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and great amenities. I would recommend Conrad Bali for those looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service, though it would be nice to see the rooms modernized in the future.
