Jumeirah Bali

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Everything was impeccable. Our room was always pristine and extremely elegant. Breakfast super healthy with lots of choices including local food. Our concierge (Raditya) was very helpful and always ready for us. He helped us with lots of suggestions and convenient choices to discover the area. One only note : they should increase the number of umbrellas and chairs around the pool because we had to give up in the morning for lack of available seats around the pool. Thank you.

Jumeirah Bali was amazing! I was very comfy and pleased with the way they did everything. They did an exceptional job with the food and service. One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. Beautiful hotel grounds and the gardens are immaculate. The food is really top notch. The attention to the details is felt everywhere. Will surely be back. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at the great hotel.

Jumeirah was an out of world welcome to Bali hospitality and subtle luxury. We adored everything about this resort- the care taken to the smallest details including not having the evening complimentary snacks repeated. I was blown away by the service with everything extremely efficient including buggy service (almost instantaneous) and in room dining. We loved the breakfast spread both what we could order and the buffet variety. Randitya was fantastic as our personal concierge who came to our villa to help us plan an itinerary including restaurant recommendations. The actual villa was beyond exquisite with seamless continuity of the decor throughout every dimension. I cannot recommend this resort enough! A little bit of paradise on earth.

Fourth time to this amazing resort and still amazed me as always. Just a two nights retreat to a very beautiful sunset pool villa , spacious, spotless, immaculate. A yummy cake to welcome us back and not to mention the daily cakes in the afternoon. Turn down service is really top notch. Breakfast is always great with the best service ever, food is super delicious. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant were was a delight . Widi and Sri gave us the best service as always . They recognized us as return guests and gave us their very best. The vitality pool is great . Kudos to Ms Ram the general manager and her entire team for such an amazing experience. For sure we will be back again and again . Definitely recommended.
