Beyond expectation. Outstanding resort. Massages were fabulous, thank you Mini. The girls in the spa had impeccable manners and fantastic knowledge of the treatments they were giving. The staff from gardeners, bar / restaurant staff to the chefs and General Manager made our stay perfect. Beyond luxury.

I don’t leave many reviews. But feel this is absolutely worth doing. I’ll start with the service. Although this was a business trip I decided to take my entire family (wife and children aged 9, 7 and 4 plus our au pair). The genuine care the staff gave is second to none. We were a little nervous bringing such a large family but nothing was too much. It’s the little touches that really count and I feel a lot of businesses can learn from this with a visit to this little slice of paradise. Things like Exec Chef Alessio who shares the same name as my son, always came over to greet my children. My daughter’s birthday was whilst there, and from room decorations to surprise cakes at every turn and singing happy birthday. All without us having to ask. Extremely attentive but never intrusive, by far the best service I’ve had at any hotel or resort in the world. The booking process while deciding on rooms etc, they took the time to video the rooms and WhatsApp them to me. Recommended what do to, which ended up not only the most affordable choice but also the most convenient. Thank you Food. Impeccable. Chef Alessio deserves as many chef’s hats as they can give. Kids club. Not big. But the staff make it amazing as my kids wanted to go every day Rooms. Stunning and well appointed. Cleanliness. Perfect. Alright… one little criticism. Which was the hot water in our rooms wasn’t very hot. They tried to fix and looks like the sent an entire workforce but improvement was marginal. Does it diminish my rating. Not at all. But there is one thing for improvement. Love it and will be back. Thank you Jumeirah

We stayed 4 nights at Jumeirah Hotel in Uluwatu at the end of Feb and early March. This was our first time staying at this hotel chain and was truly amazed by the hotel service, decor, ambience and overall stay. Service is impeccable, it was friendly and consistent throughout the entire stay. Everyone was offering to guide us, send us a buggy, check in on us that we are ok and offer the 5 star service through and through. The architect and design of hotel was so tasteful that I was in awe of the beauty of hotel. The blend of Balinese south east meets Middle East Dubai was nicely balanced. We had dinner at Akasa and the food was excellent, I recommend going for sundowners - a must to catch the sunset with a chilled out vibe. Mickey and others were great hosts for us. We can’t remember everyone’s name but we went back a second night and the food and service was consistent and delicious. Will write a separate review! Food and Service is very good ! We also had our daily breakfast at Segaran and dinner there one night - Dika was very helpful telling us about special event evening offered for Balinese buffet and dance. Spa was amazing and the on line butler service response time was so timely! I would highly recommend this hotel with direct access to the beach and beautiful layered infinity pool. The rooms are spacious with a private pool ( we stayed at the garden pool room). Hotel was opened in 2019 or 2020 so is kept up very well and rather new. Thank you team Jumeirah for making a memorable stay for us.
