About the Hotel
The Petanu River carves out a lush valley that cradles Kamandalu Ubud, a collection of villas that immerses guests in the Balinese way of life. “Kamandulu,” adopted from Sanskrit, means “the vessel that holds the holy water,” a moniker that encourages finding inner peace. Excellent stay
Excellent resort with an epic pool villa. Great forest spa and forest dinner experience, Ms Diya was super helpful. Very clean and elegant villa with all amenities. Staff are helpful and courteous. The villa itself is extremely beautiful with private garden and a large pool.

Excellent service
Wonderful team, they have great customer service. I loved it every moment of it I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to do this. The drone pictures and video’s came out beautiful. The food is delicious as well. Looking forward to their spa treatments

Underwhelming photo shoot-day light robbery
Desta and Adi were such nice people that made us feel comfortable. Very enthusiastic about their job. Unfortunately, for the amount we paid it was too much. The pond is small and it’s not what it looks like on instagram. If you want to do this activity please get a photographer as the pictures don’t come out as the instagram photos. This price is ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend a drone should be part of the package. This is daylight robbery

Disappointed
I don’t know if I should feel disappointed or not. The pond wasn’t as expected. It was extremely small and nothing worked. It’s recommended to get a drone photographer because it’s not worth the normal pictures and videos. Thanks to Adi and Desta for making our horrible experience better. Their service was extraordinary and we ended up laughing more than we were disappointed with the experience. Kamadalu definitely needs more people like them. Overall, please charge less than what you’re charging people because it’s really not worth it.

The ethereal koi fish pond experience.
The boat and drone experience was one of the best experiences of my life. Jon and Adi were so attentive and careful and guided me through the process. The Koi fish are absolutely breathtaking and the food and drinks were the perfect add on. Side note: you have to try their cuppacinos!
