About the Hotel

Amazing Stay
Check-in was smooth and quick. I appreciated the warm welcome and amazing for the Spa, the staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel vibes is very quiet and peaceful at night, suitable for a relaxing holiday. The location close to everything we wanted to visit

All in all it is very good, Friendly service, very pleasant place, all the food is delicious. Thank you Kamandalu for everything.Maybe this will be my best experience to share with others.Hopefully there will be another opportunity for us to visit this place again.

Impeccable service delivered with genuine warmth in a beautiful tropical setting
The service was impeccable throughout the stay, from the check-in right through to check-out. We were greeted by every staff member with the same genuine hospitable warmth synonymous with Balinese culture. I was impressed by the attention to detail given by the staff in their service. For instance, they somehow noted that I had worn the kimono in the villa one night despite hanging it back in the wardrobe, & promptly laid it out on the bed for me the next day. The Balinese massage was invigorating - it is tailored to your personal preferences like the massage oil & firmness. All this, & more, set against the lush tropical idyll, made for an absolutely memorable stay.
