Perfect experience specially from the operation manager called ,,Ketut hartana,, and two stuff called ,,karsana,, and ,,nogura,, really appreciate them services. Food was excellent . I recommend this resort to enjoy the weather and nature environment. Thanks for everyone assist us to make our experience amazing. Best wishes and see you soon again

Bad experience the whole place were surrounded by snakes and lizards also the different species were present in the room, the room images and lobby area images are uploaded please see the service they provide after doing room cleaning also and never to go place in Ubud the restaurant staff was good specially indian chef Rajendra and the hospitality of the restaurant staff was very well

There is no hygiene nd Every where there is Insects nd Snakes, specially the Resort is in full of Darkness to less lighting. Plz update the rooms nd services. Infact they charge for Drinking Water. We give them 1 star Bcoz for there Indian Food nd there chef Mr. Ravindra

The service here is tip top and superb. All the staff are super good and friendly. Everything you ask for they will try their best to provide for us. When we wanna go out of the resort, the front desk manager Ngurah will always make sure we get a transport out and even use their own transport to send us out. And also make sure that when we are coming back we can contact them to make sure we have a transport back. Ngurah is very professional. I see him almost everyday and every hours. He is very devoted to his job and knows very well what to do. His other staff like Krisna and 18yo boy who serve us are very on the ball too. They are super friendly and will also provide us all the best service for us. Karsana, I assumed he is the Restaurant Manager. He is also make sure that we are happy with their food every breakfast. He could even remember what I ordered the previous breakfast. The view here is great. Love the nature and the greens.. the water and the river are so calming. A place for real relaxing and chilling experience. I love it where the room provide us with free 5 pieces per day laundry wash. Every morning they will collect it to wash and bring it back to us that evening. Best service. We stayed in Villa 19. The view is so good….

It is really good the villa the food is really good we had veg food there which was made by chef rajinder View becomes more better when it rains so dont forget to carry your extra clothes or umbrella or rain coats Will visit again with my family had a really nice time with kupu kupu barong villa and tree spa
