The Legian Bali

This is my second time writting a review ,as my first was not acknowledged? We had an amazing time with the Legian staying in a very Luxurious one bedroom suite! We had spent over 10000 usd around 140,000,000 and on the last night I asked to heat up some vegetarian food for in my room in the microwave ? This contained a dinning table terrace etc to y dismay they informed me it would costs 20 $ 200,000 rupiah.i was shocked and felt as if we were walking dollar sign instead of valued guests ???? To my dismay the gm didn't even apologize for the management's actions and just ignored us walking passed us on check out the next day ? He didn't even come to great us once in the 11 days we were staying there ?????? We would have checked out cause of this terrible feeling we had on our final day, but it was our last in a Bali so we had o endure the feeling of being let down by greed ?? I would hate to know how much to heat up some babies milk ????

Absolutely lovely hotel. We were engaged on the beach there. Simply the best in all ways. Beautiful grounds and room, lovely bathroom, incredible, impeccable service. Great restaurant and room service. Gorgeous pools, pool service, and poolside entertainment.

Over the years, we have stayed at almost every hotel on Seminyak beach and have just finished our stay at The Club by Legian Seminyak (private villas across the road from the main hotel) and it was flawless, thanks to the hotel manager Anggun and staff, and especially thanks to our personal butler, Yoni, who looked after all our needs. Complimentary transport vehicles for drop off and pickup in the local Seminyak area, plus no-limit laundry and free flow beer, wine, cakes etc. in the afternoon were included in the price of the villa. The villa itself was very large and well appointed, with a private pool (of course) an outdoor dining/entertainment area, complete with an outdoor fridge and an excellent coffee machine (not a Nespresso), plus snacks etc. Inside there is another fridge and more snacks in the lounge area, a separate bedroom and king size bed with full mosquito netting which Yoni would set up every evening and then retract in the morning. A spacious bathroom/dressing area, excellent shower and amenities, wardrobes, etc. etc. Unlike other hotels, (even the very best) the drinks in the fridges including beer, soft drinks and some basic spirits (vodka, scotch and gin) are included and replenished daily. The Club by Legian Villas have a separate restaurant area which is not open to guests from across the road, neither are the other services offered there, however all services and facilities at The Legian are available to guests at The Club, and guests are shuttled by buggy across the road, literally 30 seconds away. 24 hour security, no public access, high walls and even higher vegetation all add to the feeling of privacy and security. The location along Seminyak beach is excellent, as are all the hotels on this stretch, however the Club by Legian is especially good as there is a 24 hour convenience store virtually next door from which the staff will happily purchase anything you need for you. The Villas was not as expensive as some of the others at hotels on the Seminyak Beach strip, but was better in almost every way. Highly recommended.

This is HEAVEN!!! Everything about the property is top notch and 6* quality. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly… even when you meet maintenance employees. I love that! Big smiles everywhere. The suite was immaculate, and I could easily have moved in permanently… The breakfast was OMG, and the lunch the same. The location of The Legian makes it perfect to shop and dine - so on this trip, I did not experience the restaurant for dinner as I only stayed 2 nights… and the shopping took hold of me. Hopefully next time, because there will be one!!! Thank you John, and to rest of the beautiful staff - for an amazing stay❤️

My wife and I call it “ our second home “ From the moment we arrive at The Legian we know we are on holidays . The setting on the beach is priceless - The hotel so warm and comfortable yet a 5 minute walk can take you to great Restaurants, Bars and a cafes
