Mandapa, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve

First time in staying in Mandapa even tho I was already a regular of their bar "Ambar" and Sunday brunch. Really, what an experience, from the simple check in process in room, to the 24/7 service. the suite is amazingly designed and comfortable, the resort is designed so that you always feel like you are the only guest... perfect experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mandapa this week. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to top-notch service that exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a Tridatu bracelet, a traditional Balinese blessing bracelet for protection, along with a refreshing welcome drink. The check-in process was seamless and conducted in-room, allowing us to settle in without waiting at the reception. Our dedicated butler, Sara, was fantastic - she took care of everything and even gave us a tour of the resort the next day as we had a busy schedule upon arrival. Our Suite was one of the most beautiful rooms we’ve ever stayed in - spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The large bathtub (big enough for two!) added a romantic touch, and the option to open or close the connecting doors provided both openness and privacy as needed. It truly felt like the epitome of luxury. Dining at Mandapa was an experience in itself. Every meal was exceptional - from the delicious breakfast buffet at Sawah, with its breathtaking views of the rice fields, to our incredible lunch and dinner. The cocktails at Ambar were also a highlight, and Adhi at the bar made sure we had an amazing time. The serene atmosphere, impeccable service, and stunning surroundings make Mandapa a true sanctuary in Ubud. We cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

I wish I could have 1 more night...!! Mandapa Resort Ubud, really an experience you could ever ask... The room is perfect and the service is top notch. I enjoyed join the meditation and it was really good... Enjoying my swimming there overlooking the padi terrace.. they served coconut and snacks too... The breakfast is super, from the local farmed honey, salad, fruits, the cold cuts.. everything is just great..!! The a la carte breakfast also have a lot of choices... Love it...!!!

We stayed 3 nights at the Ritz Mandapa in Ubud Bali and since our return a week ago, we have been non stop talking to our family and friends about the amazing experience of our stay at Mandapa.....we have traveled more than 70% of the popular destinations in the world and this experience is very close to the heart ❤️ The staff and service won our hearts and now our family and friends will be coming to Ubud just to stay at Mandapa. Our butler Parmini and many other wonderful staff members including Komal in Amber, Yoga, chef Vayu, Yuni, Tari in the spa made us feel like a family and our stay very comfortable and special. The blind healing experience with Ebu Mursi is a lifetime memory. Her touch was magical 💫⭐️ High cosmic energy and compassion. The property is absolutely stunning and each space is immaculate and very well utilized. We shall return with rest if our family members.

Beyond the breathtaking setting, what truly sets Mandapa apart is the unparalleled sense of peace and relaxation—we had the best sleep we’ve had in years! This was a truly special experience, and we will most certainly be back. Absolutely superb.
