Security dan karyawan lobby yg makan gaji buta, pemalas dan rasis!
We went to Mulia Bali last week to celebrate my dad's birthday at table8. The food was very nice. However, the security and front lobby staff were very dissapointing. There was no valet service. When we were trying to get off and get on to the car, they even didn't care about us and, didn't greet us and ignore us by chatting to each other. It was very unapproriate for five star hotel. In other words, very bad service and not even a standard 5 star hotel service. Another words, mereka makan gaji buta dengan ngobrol santai di lobby tanpa peduli tamu yg lalu lalang naik turun mobil. Pdhal jumlah staff mereka banyak skl disitu. I hope all the security and lobby staff will be fired soon as I know mulia hotel revenue is very low every month.

It was our sixth time at the Mulia, and guess what—we had already booked another one for August. We feel very welcomed every time we stay. All personnel are well trained and provide exceptional, personalised service. Love every moment of our stay and am looking forward to staying in August

Home in Bali :)
Been staying here everytime in Bali. Property is a little but agy but I still love it. The staffs are very friendly and welcome. The best part of this hotel is the Jacuzzi at the balcon; you can enjoy warm dip while watching at the beach. Not forget to mention all the food they serve at the restaurant are the best you can get at the resort. Thank you Mulia!

The Mulia is my top choice when staying in Bali, especially in the Nusa Dua area. The rooms, facilities, and staff consistently uphold excellent standards. Not to mention, the view is absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends when they plan to stay in Nusa Dua.

Outstanding from the moment you arrive, staff are very attentive nothing is too much trouble, ambience is excellent, restaurants superb. Room was a suite overlooking the ocean, lovely size , clean & attractive. Bathroom lights need to be brighter & more friendly over the mirror. Wonderful stay again thank you
