The Oberoi Beach Resort, Bali

We stayed for two nights at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Bali (we lost a night due to the Heathrow fire closure). This hotel is simply joyous. The staff are exemplary and their manners and attention to detail are nothing short of amazing. We were treated with such courtesy and politeness and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely villa (room 203) with a large private courtyard, covered dining area, large pool. The room was spacious, had a huge bed, powerful air-conditioning and a large, well appointed bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean and room service was excellent. The facilities, cleanliness, food and spa treatments were faultless and every process within the hotel appears seamless. The resort could not refund us our missed first night as our booking was non-refundable (and we would not / did not expect them too) but without our asking, they kindly credited our booking with spendable credit equivalent to a night’s stay. This generosity was very much appreciated. This is a hotel with which we could find no fault and to which we will happily return in the future.

Impeccable service & vacation experience with a unique focus on integrating the heart of Balinese culture with luxury. Staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. No need to go anywhere else for sunset! Views were incredible. Massages, top notch. The room & cleaning service were amazing. From the moment we arrived to the sad moment of departure, we felt like royalty and appreciated the honoring of the innate beauty of Bali’s landscape and culture. Highly recommend!!!

If you want a 5 star resort, that offers a very laid back experience, you should go past The Oberoi. Everything you need is at your fingertips tips, the staff are amazing and close to some of the best restaurants in Bali. So decadent and relaxing.

Words cannot grasp how amazing this hotel is. A piece of paradise and the atmosphere of old Bali, made even better by the presence of the best staff we have ever experienced! 10/10! The service at this hotel is on another level. Every second you feel so appreciated and cared for. Truly a magical place.

Our stay at The Oberoi in Bali was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with plenty of wonderful restaurants, shops, spring spa just a short walk away. The property itself is breathtaking—immaculately clean beaches, a stunning pool, and beautifully maintained gardens that create a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The extra services provided by the hotel added to the experience, making our stay even more special. Ex. bringing some water, fresh fruits by the pool, cleaning your sunglasses, teat time at 5pm next to the pool, playing some balinese music during the evening. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and Balinese charm, The Oberoi is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return!
