Peppers Seminyak

I feel as though Peppers has lost it's spark. This was our third visit, on arrival, front office staff didn't recognise our history, their weren't that friendly. We inquired about an upgrade, paid upgrade and weren't offered, despite the a villa being available. The massages were difficult to book to get preferred times, the food quality and variety has reduced. Also the Villa's need an upgrade, broken A/C for the entire time, blinds that don't work and old sofa's.

We spend 7 days at Peppers and on our arrival we where pleasantly upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa with a huge pool. It was an amazing place. so luxurious, but our only complaint is our villa was the last at the end of the resort and the traffic from staff starting there shift and leaving was quite noisy especially if you wanted to sleep in as it start about 6.30 till 7.30. All the staff from the buggy drivers,waitresses,receptionist,masseurs were absolutely wonderful,happy and lovely to deal with. Always had a smile on there face. In particular Dion,Kris,Astini.Yunie and Dewa where always there for a welcome smile and a chat. ☺☺ Thank you all. We had a butler come in (Dewa) and chef (Ketut) come to our villa and do a meal and it was done perfectly and with a smile. Would recommend this. We got a Luxury Escape deal so the massages, meal vouchers and cocktails were an bonus. Resort is in a good location and they take you to Seminyak Village when you need or any other places within a reasonable distance. Unfornately they do not pick up but taxi are so cheap and easy to get so that is not a problem. I would recommend staying at Peppers.

Everything about Peppers is 5 star! The staff are absolutely brilliant, they are friendly, helpful and professional. The accomodation is clean and perfect for families, couples, singles. The food is phenomenal, everything we ate was 5 star quality. The breakfast is sensational and tailored to your tastes. 10/10 for Peppers every time 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Everything was fantastic right from the villa with a private pool and jacuzzi. Lush green property with outstanding landscaping. And cannot forget the free shuttle service to Seminyak square. Great welcome and hospitality. We were unable to come into contact with housekeeping but kudos to them for keeping everything perfect. A special mention of juli at the front desk, Asih at the transport desk and kekut who helped ferry us in the golf carts. Cannot forget the big breakfast spread and the special meals made for us because we are vegetarian. Kudos to Jan for his leadership and personal interaction with guests without which Peppers would not be such a “Prime” Property. Thanks Jan and team for making it a memorable stay for me and my wife. The villas are perfectly appointed for all your needs, the gym is large and has plenty of equipment and is a perfect temperature. The food and drinks on offer from breakfast to dinner and room service are all delicious and variations are available (highly recommend the eggs Benedict, chicken karage and sticky pork belly!). Best of all the staff have outstanding customer service from the massages in the beautiful spa (see Eli for a Symmetry massage) to Agus and Kris for all your food and beverage needs and in particular Supriya who checks in regularly to see how your stay is unfolding. A lovely and appreciated surprise was the buggy service to points in Seminyak. Cannot recommend Peppers Seminyak more highly!
