Peppers Seminyak

The most wonderful family holiday with our adult children and their partners. The villa gave us all a little privacy whilst being on holiday together. Location was central and easy to get around. The staff could not be more accommodating and lovely. The cocktail making class and Indonesian night were a great hit and perfect for rainy day also.

Two BR Villa 55. Hotel style bedrooms with separate bath and outside covered shower/toilet area. (No room for luggage to sit, so opened and placed on the floor - we're not the family that takes it all out and puts it in the cupboard...) The bedrooms are separated by an open lounge with outside TV/comfortable sofa/kitchenette/coffee machine etc. Well designed and thought out. Very comfortable and practical. Pool is not large but nice enough for a dip and read a book on the lounge recliners or rattan furnishings, which were all comfortable. Resort itself very quiet this time of the year, so lots of renovation happening. Skeleton staff. They cleaned the cocktail bar during the peak time of an afternoon - which was interesting??? Coffee machine at resort. Coffee wasn't great. Bitter. No Bali Coffee. Stick to what the locals know, we say. BBQ Wednesday was awful (only time we had dinner at resort as it was a dreary day out). Food was cold. Absolutely lack lustre with no flavour at all. When asked, how was it, we were honest and were told, we can get you hot food (that would be a good idea, yes). SPA was okay, better in Bali to be found. Staff are lovely as a whole. A big thank you to Diantini who looked out for us during our stay and was just so helpful with information. Diantini was the stand out staff member for the resort during our stay. Breakfast staff - thank you to Diantini's friend, who I can't remember the name of, sorry, who once again made sure we had what we needed for our breakfast.

We had the privilege of staying in the 5 bedroom villa at Peppers Seminyak. As expected the villa was amazing with huge bedrooms, excellent communal area, great pool, delicious breakfast in the restaurant every morning and practical services provided such as buggies to your villa or out to a restaurant. But the highlight of our stay was the Spa. At least one massage every day, patiently booked by Yuli and Purnami who greeted us like family on our visits. Every therapist was amazing, with a special shout out to Destri and Andri who made the experience so personal. Destri, they were honestly the best massages I have ever had – thank you. All of the resort staff were so lovely from the reception desk, to the staff serving in the restaurant to the gardeners wishing you a good morning. I truly can’t wait to stay at Peppers again on my next visit to beautiful Bali.

Our flight was scheduled to depart at 11 pm and even though check out is at 2pm, the amazing team at Peppers let us stay in our villa till 7pm for no extra charge! Our family had a great time in Peppers Seminyak - the private pool was an absolute hit! PLenty of space for a family of 6 too.

Second time back to Peppers. It was once again a great experience, with great facilities, food, drink and staff. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for five nights and i was well worth the money. Special mention to a number of staff, firstly Oka, Kris and Astini from the Laneway restaurant. Fantastic service and such wonderful people. Also, Ketut from the front reception area. Lovely man who went out his way everytime to assist us. We will definitely return. Thank you.
