The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

We really enjoyed our stay at The Ritz, Bali. The main highlight actually was the staff. Their attentiveness and attention was impeccable. Whilst they were all amazing. Special mention goes out to Angga who was especially warm and gave some wonderful suggestions, as well as Suryas.

Where is this great reviews coming from … For ritz guest you will notice what I am talking about once you enter your room from the air smell how it’s bad and how the furniture from 80’s with outdated look & smell bedsheet & sofa with stains and dirt Over all I don’t get the high price per night for what when even the hotel facilities are poor not as others in nusa dua .. We are not coming back ever again

Best part of my Bali trip better than even Ritz Carlton Bali in a way. Villa is extremely private and in a place perfectly located to experience the beauty of Canggu. The tip of the cake is their service… priceless they were so kind and helpful!

We had a fantastic time at the Ritz Carlton, thanks to the amazing staff (whether it be reception/front desk, wait staff in the hotel restaurants, staff assistants, guest services) who always greeted us with a big smile and tried to go out of their way to make it as comfortable and a special stay at the Ritz. There were so many stories to share and here are a few that show the length of hospitality the staff went to make us feel so cared: A special mention to Ms Dea from guest relations who was always there checking with us through the day (even on her day off) offering her assistance to make it a memorable stay for us. We were absolutely surprised with delight to find personalised notes for all of us and Bali souvenirs from Dea in our room. A special shout to the amazing Chef Adi of Senses restaurant who spoilt all of us every day with Mango Sticky Rice, one of our favourite desserts. One of the favourite activities that we enjoyed as a family was the mocktail making class with Cheg Agung at the BenJana restaurant. Last but not the least we were absolutely delighted to meet Chef Parwata and thoroughly enjoyed the food as much as his inspiring story of how he became a Head Chef at Ritz Carlton. We including my kids were deeply touched by his hospitality on receiving a picture frame with a family picture we had taken with him while having dinner at the restaurant. Thanks to Mr Made for overseeing our entire stay and booking!

It's always a perfect vacation for our family, staff was so kind and especially the chef's treat us absolutely amazing. The beach is one of the best in nusa dua and the room feel very warm and with a very quick response of guess relations feel like you have a private butler.
