The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

An incredible good service in the room( 2 times every day), in the restaurant ( thanks to Rayan, Dwi, Elena) and for the breakfast ( Thanks to Hendra) The beach very nice and swimming pool fantastic ( good seats, towels, sun lotion) we recommend this fantastic hotel .

Airport pickup was smooth and they only have Toyota minivans and SUV Hotel is in the Nusa Dua area with St Regis , Kempinski and many other hotels. The private beach is right there . If you want the jungle or Ubud experience, try Mandapa We had the Garden villa, the largest 1 bedroom villa at the resort. Huge space with 3 floors, and Diptique toiletries. But smallish tvs. Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep on the 1st night but after 4 electric mosquito repellents, lots of body spray and 1 coil incense, it was fine Villa comes with Butler Indah who was super responsive to all our needs The resort is huge but they have buggys The restaurants are the weakest link. Bejana made us wait 75 min for our food. The lounge 45 min one time, and better on other times. The breakfast restaurant is chaotic on weekends and better on weekdays. The Grille wait was better/normal. And in all of them, standard 4 star food, nothing wow The gym smallish but acceptable The spa very nice but expectedly overpriced All the staff smile and greet you Glitchy app since this is placed 55/55 of all Nusa hotels. Or some form of punishment 😂 9/10

Very beautiful resort hotel. The staff were excellent. The buffet food was amazing. If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle after touring, stay in this hotel. Everything was beautiful. The spa/gym was fully equipped. I would stay here again

Very good hotel and staff is very co-operative. Specially Indah Buttler takes every thing initiative and give us comfortable stay. We booked a sky villa l, but a nice property and having a big space. Being a businesses man i feel very comfortable in this hotel. If any person single, he may booked this hotel, the staff of this hotel will care you like a family members. Our one person was-sick during the period, the staff call us and take care of she in absence of us … such a nice and memorable moment for us .

Dinner at The Beach Grill at The Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua was absolutely unforgettable. The beachside setting provided the perfect backdrop for a beautiful meal, with fresh, flavorful dishes that truly captured the essence of island dining. What made the evening even more special was the outstanding service from Vany – she was attentive, warm, and ensured everything was perfect, making it the best service we’ve ever experienced. The experience was so wonderful that we stopped by Bejana afterward for a beautiful Balinese experience, rounding off a perfect night in paradise. Highly recommend both for anyone visiting Nusa Dua.
