Peppers Seminyak

From the moment we checked in until the time that we left, we enjoyed a magic experience at Peppers. Our group consisted of myself, my wife and our 2 adult children, along with my sister and her husband. The location was great, the villa was outstanding and the staff made our holidays even that much more enjoyable and personal. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with our own pool, kitchen and living area. Each bedroom was like a separate unit with the master suite being out of this world. Breakfast was included in our package and covered hot and cold food and catered for food allergies. Lunches and dinners were extra but tasty and reasonably priced. One of Peppers greatest assets is their staff. Every staff member was welcoming and polite, from security on the front gate and reception staff to the gardening and cleaning crews. I would especially make note of the following staff in the bar/restaurant who we interacted with every day. Oka - never forgets a name (even our daughter who has a difficult to pronounce name), Griyani - welcomed us like family every day and shared her culture with us, Kiwi - for keeping our children hydrated during happy hour, Candra, Kris, Diantini, Purni, Astini, Heri and Agus- so polite, helpful and always smiling, remembering coffee orders, favourite meals, gluten free needs and always quick with a joke and laugh. The staff in this resort are beyond awesome from the General Manager, Jan to even the young man who makes the toast to order and the buggy/shuttle drivers. Everyone in the resort greets you with a genuine warm hello every time and cannot say enough about the staff and the resort. For couples, families and groups, we recommend you consider Peppers Seminyak as it is close to shops, tattooists and the hustle and bustle of Seminyak but once you pass through the security gate, you are in a quite and secluded property not hearing the outside noise. We will definitely be going back and even viewed a 1 bedroom villa for 2 of us. Peppers Seminyak is that good!!!

Excellent place to go with family! Had the pleasure in experiencing one of Peppers many villas. Very good, plenty of room, pool excellent, service excellent, beds excellent!! Staff make you feel very welcome and looked after! A very satisfied group that enjoyed a very good holiday!!

The staff make this place, stayed in a 4 bedroom villa which is huge, pool is great and easy to get around. It seems the staff are well looked after as they are all very happy and helpful special shout out to Ketut great guy couldn’t do enough and I hope the management know how special the staff are.

The ambiance of the villa is great. Welcoming, smiling and pleasant approach of the employees still stays in our mind. The variety of foods and the hospitality of staffs were amazing. Really enjoyed the happy hours, breakfast and dinner. Everyone enjoyed the facilities provided by the resort. All but not limited to Indra, Yoga, Wayan, Fery, Vijana ,Made, Astini, Diantini, Veera , Mahendra the employees from my memory were very polite and honest to keep the reputation of the resort. All seems very happy to serve.

The best holiday! The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and made sure we were tended to. The Villa was so beautiful and cleaned to perfection. The food and drinks at the restaurant and bar was amazing and high quality. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
