Peppers Seminyak

Immaculate hotel! They have their in-house arak cocktail class on their very own bar, Laneway. The bartenders assisted us to make 2 of our own cocktails, very friendly staffs as well! Highly recommended for some new experiences. Will definitely come back!

From the minute we arrived, the team at Peppers made us feel like VIPs, warm, friendly, and always willing to assist. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their hospitality was fantastic. Our villa was massive, and with a private pool, it was the perfect spot to unwind. The resort's excellent restaurant had great food and cocktails and there was always something going on! A great choice to relax, unwind and take in the beauty of Seminyak. Looking forward to getting back!

A magnificent resort. We arrived with a family party of 8. The rooms were very comfortable with kingsize beds, inside and outside shower, large bath, security safe and tv. We had fantastic breakfasts every morning and 3 evening meals included in our package (which gave us the opportunity to sample the local eateries on the other nights) and we also had endless cocktails from 4pm to 6pm every evening. But the best part of the holiday was the welcome and the attention given to us by the magnificent staff - the kindest, sweetest, most humble and loveable people. On my first night, I noticed a few issues 1) stain on toilet bowl seat 2) wet sides in the bathroom till certain parts of the bedroom 3) stained kitchen top 4) phone line on socket is off (unable to plug back) 5) unable to play programmes on live TV. As I spotted #4-5 first, we got housekeeping to come and fix for us. #4 cannot be resolved in the same night. I highlighted the issues to the lady in reception on the 2nd night. She was attentive in noting them and mentioned she will to her manager. To my pleasant surprise, the manager came to me when I was on my way out. He obtained more details from me, extended his apologies and offered transportation to send us to the airport on my departure day. I seldom request for housekeeping to tidy my room when I travel; However, he advised me to do so and would ensure all issues are taken care of. Besides that, all the staff are professional and friendly. While there were hiccups with housekeeping, they were taken care of. Special thanks to the lady at reception and her manager (Apologies, I have forgotten to take their names. Please help me convey my sincere thanks to them). The villa is aging but I can tell that the Hotel Management is taking steps to upgrade the property.

I am having CNY family gathering and being welcome dan serve very well…Villa and Room are very well maintain and breakfast was awesome…thanks to Mrs.Yuniadi from restaurant who are serve my family table very well also Mr.Yoga who drive us to the villa and arrange our luggage…very well Peppers Seminyak!
