The St. Regis Bali Resort

This is our second stay at the St. Regis Bali and just like our first visit, we want to return again! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and given cold, refreshing towels and a welcome drink. And I was even presented with a pretty bouquet of flowers! Edi, the bellman greeted us warmly when we arrived. We were upgraded to a fabulous one bedroom Lagoon access, private pool villa. The villas are so spacious and beautifully decorated. And just like their “sister” resort nearby, the Laguna Luxury (which we also highly recommend!) the hair dryers are the super nice Dyson brand! If you use a Dyson brand hair dryer, you’ll understand. Our villa had a fruit basket and assorted treats to welcome us! The St. Regis Bali really knows how to take care and spoil their guests! For Marriott Titanium guests, we were offered a 30 minute foot massage in their spa which was very relaxing! Before we went for our massage, we enjoyed the nightly fire show. The breakfast buffet is also wonderful with so many varieties. There is also a special a la carte menu that you can order items such as steak and eggs from too. Suyasa even offered us more desserts at the end of breakfast but we were so full! Our Butler Andi took such great care of us. He even got us the Bali St Regis plush animals, Lumi and a John Jacob’s bear for our daughter although I’m tempted to keep them for myself… He even brought us fresh cut coconuts (stamped with the St. Regis Bali logo, of course!) to help us celebrate the husband’s 5 years of good health! Definitely returning to the St. Regis Bali!

We have just finished our four-night stay at The St. Regis Bali, and honestly, the experience has been absolutely extraordinary. We stayed in a Lagoon Villa, and words cannot fully capture the beauty and serenity of this place. The privacy, elegant design, and direct access to the lagoon made each day a unique experience. Everything was impeccably maintained, and every corner of the villa reflected the highest level of details and comfort. Without a doubt, what truly sets this resort apart is its incredible team. The attentiveness, kindness, and dedication of the staff were simply outstanding, elevating our experience to another level. Every team member made us feel genuinely special and welcomed. A special thank you to GM Héctor Busto for leading such a passionate and committed team that delivers world-class hospitality. His presence and dedication are evident in every aspect of the service, and his leadership shines through the excellence of the entire staff. From the butler service to housekeeping, from the restaurants to the reception, everyone is was warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. We felt cared for and appreciated at all times. Our special meal at Kayuputi was a delight, with fresh ingredients and flawless presentations. Additionally, the Sunset Ritual by the beach was simply magical, creating unforgettable moments. Also the daily breakfast, one of the best we had try. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at The St. Regis Bali for making our 10th wedding anniversary truly unforgettable. From the thoughtful surprises and beautiful gifts to the warm greetings from every staff member, we felt incredibly special throughout our stay. Every little detail reflected your dedication to creating magical moments, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate such an important milestone. Your kindness and exceptional hospitality will stay with us forever. We are truly grateful and can’t wait to return!

All the hotel staff was amazing, i was also blessed to visit the hotel in march when welness practitioner Reny was visiting. She is amazing profesional in her own field, i felt so much love during the chakras practice. Totaly recommend her for people interested in the wellness journey!

Its a beautiful, luxury hotel with a rooms and private villas with the great clean beach! Service is amazing! Beautiful nature around, peacful , amazing sunrise! There is Water sport activity under this hotel- snorkeling , surfing, sailing. Actually was surfing there. Great helpful guys in water sport activity! One guy who guide me is Tamtam name, he is local and professional.

My wife and I are currently on our 3rd day. And I’m so eager to put this review because this place is truly peak-paradise. There are no words to describe the level of service here. St. Regis Bali is properly spelled H-E-A-V-E-N. ……………………………….
