Adi made the whole experience amazing . We had nothing to worry abou? Our trip was organised well in advance and it ran smoothly. To round off the holiday w hotel staff were very friendly and kind can’t fault them at all You get what you pay for and again it was AMAZING

Absolutely amazing service
The W offers outstanding service. The staff were warm, attentive, and made every effort to ensure a perfect stay. The room was spotless, with thoughtful touches like dessert table. Dining and concierge services were excellent, with personalized care at every turn. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a truly memorable experience. Best time
Can't fault this place, staff are amazing, food is amazing.. coffee is amazing. Had the best time in this hotel. The rooms always clean and they are extremely spacious. The amenities is great and just had a super relaxing holiday with friends
