W Bali, Seminyak

W Bali - Seminyak Kerobokan Kelod 993962073 Visited this hotel twice as a non resident guest. 1st - looking to use their spa. We walked away with a mixture of shock & laughter after being offered a USD$200+ per pax service!! 2nd - to try the advertised Chinese New Year Afternoon Tea. After confusion about our booking the menu wasn't what we were expecting. We tried to get into the main restaurant but that was full with a rowdy brunch crowd. The hotel wanted to charge us for the Afternoon Tea!! Overall, we found the customer interactions cold & commercial. Certainly nothing like traditional Balinese warmth & hospitality. Perhaps the W doesn't welcome non resident customers.

This is my second visit and stay for 3 nights From the pre arrival, arrival also inhouse experience is extremely amazing. The room is clean and all staff are very attentive and helpful. Thanks to Ibu Adriana, Pak Dewa Rai, Dwi, Ayu / Villa reception, Rendy, Winny, Gus Dwi, Rindi, Shanty / Marcom for your kind hospitality. Special thanks to Pak Zubin the GM for your warm welcome. This hotel is always on my top list to stay. Thanks for taking care of my wellbeing and my family. Trully appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at the W hotel for our honeymoon. We had a beautiful time at one of the villas. The staff was incredibly friendly. The highlight of our trip was our honeymoon photo session at Dream Studio Bali which is a photo studio on the property. Our host Dewa Ayu was wonderful to work with, the photographer Damar and videographer Gede I couldn't recommend enough. It was such an easy and fun experience with multiple locations and our presentation and package was better than we could have imagined. We were going to go with a minimum cost to this but were pleasantly surprised with all we got in a final package. It is so much better than the typical photoshoot you deal with on a wedding day. The album and prints were ready before we left our honeymoon which was another surprise, not having to wait 2-3 months to get the results. 5 out of 5 stars. Wulan and Agus were so helpful throughout the process. Thank you for making a wonderful memory and visuals of the memory as well.

W is a very nice place to stay. Nice sea view. nice restaurants, and very attentive staff. The only complaint I have is that the rainy season makes the room a bit too humid for us. BTW, I visited Dream Studio while I was at W. We had a photo shoot with Damar, the photographer. HE WAS REALLY GOOD. The manager, Dewa Ayu and Wulan, are also very nice. I'd recommend giving it a try.
