Spectacular hotel with good location we enjoyed our stay although the way to the beach is not easy The staff are very welcoming and friendly they made our stay unforgettable Thanks to ( Tati ) our everyday breakfast waitress she took care of our orders and did an amazing job love her❤️❤️

The customer service is absolutely amazing,everyone here is very kind and always smiling, on 18th of January, we had our family gathered at the restaurant and celebrated my eldest daughter birthday which they surprised her with Indonesia traditional ‘kompang’ along with birthday song if I’m not mistaken. Manager Adi wa super awesome also, very kind and generous person which made our holiday here in Bali better. Good memories are made !💖💖💖

the customer service are excellent and they got the most comfortable bed ever as well as the fluffy pillows leading to a dreamy dream... What i enjoyed most about this hotel was literally the service they offered making my holiday more memorable and more authentic than the hotel itself . would definitely come here again!!!

Adi santosa from housekeeping provided me with extra water during my stay, so thoughtful. Got upgrade to ocean view as well, thank you so much front office team. I also want to thank In room dining team who helped me warmed up my baby's food. During breakfast on our last day, one of the restaurant manager or supervisor recognize me & my family truly appreciate it, you know the feeling when someone on the property remember you, say hi, just feel warm and like home, I am so sorry I forgot his name. Shout out to him. And Tita also very helpful during breakfast. Thank you.
