W Bali, Seminyak

Amazing hotel unbelievable friendly staff and great location. The villas are outstanding and beautiful. The facilities and staff are amazing. The breakfast is huge with many options and amazing dedicated staff always smiling and welcoming. We were so impressed we extended our stay from 5 nights to 8 nights. We did day trip to ubud and also day trip to Nusa Dua

Amazing experience! Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Ragha in specific was always very upbeat and very nice. The food and drinks were very good and the resort was walking distance to downtown Seminyak. Great view of the ocean from our balcony! The gym and steam room were also right downstairs to our room. Highly recommend.

My best holiday ever! Wow, I was dazzled upon arrival at the W Hotel's signature service, architecture and atmosphere. I loved everything from the warm greeting at arrival, the welcome cocktail and cart ride to the villa, the immaculate one-bedroom villa with a private pool, the vibrant restaurants & bars, the super cool DJ music & especially the Silent Disco event, the delicious breakfast & service, the room service and spotless cleaners, the 24-hour serene spa, the location was perfect with immaculate landscaping, the pool areas and especially the personalised, friendly, team that couldn't do enough to cater for my needs. It exceeded my expectations, and I did not want to leave! Thank you, W Bali, Adi, and your team, for making my holiday so memorable. xoxo

Amazing hotel, best location in Seminyak. A special thanks to Adi and Sheli who made the stay even better, they went above and beyond to help us enjoying the stay. It was truly amazing. The hotel pool villa was something else, amazing for a family stay, the breakfast on the beach is breathtaking.

From the moment we arrived at W Bali, we were treated wonderfully! Evry immediately helped us with our bags from the car and waited with them as we checked in. When he took us to our room, he made sure we knew where everything was, how it worked, and told us not to hesitate if we needed help with anything. Evry was very professional, yet also very personable. We had many interactions with him over the course of our stay, and they were always very pleasant! The room was gorgeous, and everything was immaculate! We never lacked for anything, and if we needed something, there was no delay in getting it to our room. We had checked out to go to another property for the rest of our stay in Bali. When we determined the other location was less than acceptable, we returned to the W after only one night away. We were welcomed with open arms by everyone we had already encountered in our first stay, and Evry was there once again to make sure we had everything we needed. There was some confusion regarding our second reservation that had been made the night prior to our return, and Uli and Agus went out of their way to make sure everything was corrected. They were very patient with us, and so friendly! We will never forget their hospitality! I honestly would give more stars if I could!
