Sagamore Pendry Baltimore

This place does not care about guests. My wife and I had a reservation for 3 months and 6 days before our arrival the hotel calls and says that they “sold out” the hotel on our first night and we would need to stay at another (lesser) hotel the first night. I asked whether we did, in fact, have a longstanding reservation, but the representative could/would only say, “I’m so sorry, the hotel is sold out to a single person the first night.” Unacceptable.

I recently stayed at the Sagamore Pendry Baltimore with my partner for New Year's, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the warm and attentive staff to the luxurious design of the hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to be upgraded to one of the best rooms, which made our celebration even more special. The waterfront location in Fells Point offered stunning views and convenient access to nearby attractions, and the sophisticated ambiance perfectly complemented the occasion. Whether for a special celebration or a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend the Sagamore Pendry Baltimore!

This hotel is a must stay. We had three rooms for our family and from the moment we arrived the staff was super friendly and helpful. The personal touch of knowing your name upon arrival and expecting a family is extra special. The food and bar was exceptional. Would highly recommend this one as a stop. It might have very well been the best thing in Baltimore!

What a fantastic stay, from arrival through our "too soon" departure. The staff are extremely well-trained and welcoming, and the on-site dining and bar options are exceptional - definitely worth experiencing. The design and overall aesthetic details were terrific, and the location cannot be beat - you're in the heart of Fells Point and an easy water-side walk to the Inner Harbor and Canton, or a short drive to the stadiums or water taxis to other destinations. Our friends had some trepidation about Baltimore, and came away thinking "what an amazing, clean and fun city!" - and The Pendry folks certainly contributed to their very positive perspective.

I had my Daughters wedding there on NYE. The hotel was first class for the accommodations, staff, food and drink, and most importantly the planning and execution of the Wedding. Everything went flawlessly, the Wedding was an elegant Black-Tie affair that many of our guests told me it was one of the best Weddings they had ever attended and the hotel had great accommodations. Not inexpensive, but well worth it!
