The hotel is good all the employees are so professional the beach is the best one in holguin,the entertainment team is so special and they made me my holiday,the have a lot of activities day time and night time I want to say that the disco is the best one I never been before really good music and professionals DJ I want to mention CESARR SANCHEZ he is the so happy and professional he made us the holidays

Great stay. I loved the resort. I would say there wasn't one employee that wasn't welcoming and pleasant. Odelaisi took care of the room and she went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. The other oustanding employee was Aniel from the beach bar. Also reception and the lobby bar was amazing. From the moment of the check in to the moment of check out everything was great. Koodos also for always having a clean towel for change at the pool. So far this is one resort I would return to.

The service there is top notch. Everyone is super kind. I made friends with Erica, Annie, Yizel and Yatzia. They always have a genuine smile and they treated us really well. Would definitely recommend to anyways looking for a little paradise

This place is great. Mini club and kids aquatic area was a hit for the kids! Adriana the mini club supervisor and babysitter was kind to our kids and they absolutely adored her! The rooms were well kept. The only issue we had was the rooms were freezing and there was no way to turn it off short of keeping the balcony door open. Cuba is Cuba. So forget the comforts of wifi, and the food variety and quality you are used to! Beach is bomb. Bring CDN $, and if there is anything you can spare to donate, even old kids clothes, and toiletries and snacks, it all goes a long way here for the workers and their families. If there is anything you cannot live without from home, make sure you bring it. You will not find it here.

Family vacation from December 26 to January 3. This was our first time in a 5-star hotel, and while the place is absolutely magnificent, with a beautiful beach, very nice swimming pools, and a stunning garden, we hade mixed experiences. Cuba truly has the best beaches, and this one was no exception! The room is clean, and the staff is friendly, respectful, and attentive. We enjoyed a bike ride, which was free at the hotel and a nice activity to explore the area. They also have a small farm with rabbits, a turtle, pigs, and chickens, which was a lovely feature, especially for the kids. However, be mindful of your drinks – the team is very quick to collect glasses, so keep an eye on yours if you're not done! Unfortunately, the buffet was disappointing, with limited food options and even essentials like eggs missing ones. Also, Yuka was served only two times during our stay. The coffee was also terrible. We didn’t get any famous cocktails, like mojitos, piña coladas, or daiquiris, and they were even missing cola for the kids.
