Wonderful Stay!
Cleaned room with nice amenities inside. Good location despite bad traffic. Wonderful breakfast and amazing breakfast team that made me feel comfortable. Improvement require for checking-in/out else will be a perfect stay for business trips.

Thoughtfully designed for the weary traveller
Value for money. Very thoughtfully designed property. Extremely clean. Staff is very courteous, well trained. Check in and check out was one of the speediest I've seen. Amazing bathrooms. To sum it up, this property has been thoughtfully designed to make a weary traveller comfortable. It's just perfect.

Not value for the money.
If it were not for the concierge and the FO Staff in the pm on Feb 7, the scores would have been lower. However, it wasn't such a total bad experience for aside from the helpfulness of the Concierge and the efficiency of the FO Staff in the afternoon shift, breakfast was excellent and the breakfast venue, so ideal.

reasonable place to stay
excellent hospitality , room was slightly small but comfortable . the bathroom was clean and was well maintained . the breakfast had enough variety and the poolside restaurant setting was wonderful. the staff was courteous and helpful . overall a satisafactory experience

Wonderful hotel
The overall stay was good. Rooms are clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff are fantastic, cleans daily and top up items promptly. Breakfast at L4 restaurant is also good, airy and wide spread of choices. Most importantly, the venue is so convenient and accessible. Good choice for business and leisure.
