Amazing experience as expected
Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy. Restaurant has quality food with quality people. The restaurant staff is very friendly and supportive to special needs. They go extra mile to make you feel "special". Loved the stay.

Fantastic experience at Hyatt Centric MG Road, BLR
The hotel was clean and very staffs were kind and super responsive. The complementary breakfast was excellent with lot of varieties and restaurant staffs has come to each and every table to try new dishes available. The hotel is located in center of the city. Overall, a good hotel for a vacation.

Value for money
Check in process was fast. Staff was friendly and warm on welcome. Room was clean and tidy especially bathrooms. Air conditioning was fine and no odd odours typical of closed hotel rooms was there. Morning breakfast was sumptuous but can improve it further in taste and texture (crispier dosa, tastier sambhar etc). Access to lifts was secure. Speed of internet wifi can be improved. Overall good value for money for a business trip.

Use credit card debit for payment at checkout
Make sure they credit back on your credit card the charged amount at the time of check-in. I receuived the credit only after several calls with staff being the least interested in understanding or solving the problem. My advise is: Use credit card debit for payment at checkout.
