Our stay at the Leela Palace was truly exceptional and beyond our expectations. The beauty and grandeur were simply breathtaking, making you feel like royalty upon arrival even though we are far from it. As we arrived from the airport the staff greeted us with big warm smiles and were graciously attentive, and, it only got better from there. I would like to acknowledge a very special thanks to Rose, the Guest Experience Executive, for making our visit possible. We had Visa issues and were delayed a week resulting in a loss of our booking, but Rose willingly and graciously fixed the problem and made it a point to make our visit special. I think US hotels should visit the Leela Palace and take lots of notes on hospitality from the entire staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable and ours came with a balcony. The variety of restaurants is also very diverse and all were very good and again the staff are exceptional. They helped us with a nice selection of local cuisine and all were very good. The breakfast buffet was outstanding...again a very diverse selection from local cuisine to American/British choices and plenty in between along with fresh fruit and lovely pastries and sweets. Every morning was fun because the staff knew us and helped us make some different choices than our regular choices and I will say at first I was a bit hesitant but after tasting it all...I became a fan of Indian food for breakfast...who knew. We also stayed on the Executive Floor and visited the daily Happy Hour where we also met a great bunch of people and the staff was exceptional. They make you feel like you are very important even though we are just grateful travelers. Akash Bisht and the other Akash were amazing and honestly, your hotel is lucky to have such devoted workers, and kudos to those who train them. On our last evening, they gave us a very beautiful and thoughtful gift and every time we see it and smell the incense we will always think of them. I only wish I had some of the photos that were taken during our last breakfast with the amazing and friendly staff. Neha and Aiappadas are two of the many staff we appreciated for making our visit so special. I didn't know if we will ever return to Bengaluru, but if we do, this is our hotel choice and we highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Thanks to everyone, you are all special people and much appreciated.

I just returned to this exquisite hotel after a period of twenty years. I was touched to be greeted with such warmth and hospitality . The manager is a charming woman who excels at her job. Satya, the executive butler, went out of his way to be helpful. He is exemplary in the way he performs his job. Yagosh (spelling ?) was our assistant butler and was also very professional and thoughtful. The gardens are luxuriant and the hotel, luxurious in every respect. My bedroom overlooked the lush gardens and was beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. Our dining experience at Le Cirque, their gourmet restaurant, was truly outstanding. Every course was artistically presented and excellent. We were really thrilled with this experience. Thank you to the marvelous staff for making our stay so enjoyable. This is one of the finest hotels in the world.

Fantastic stay! The warmth and attentiveness of the crew here is second to none. Marnin Rose Martin who managed our stay was a real standout. She made making plans and reservations and airport pickups as seamless as possible. Thank you, Rose!
