The Leela Palace Bengaluru

Excellent outstanding stay and service. Rooms were very good, food was great and the garden was beautiful and serene. Special shout out to Rose Martin who made sure I had everything I needed. The entire staff very professional and helpful.

I have been traveling to the Leela Palace Bengaluru for the better part of 1 year now for business - I have never had an experience as welcoming and nice as this. The staff go above and beyond to meet every need & make you feel at home. Never did I have a moment where a request, issue, or concern was not accounted for. It is always a delight simply chatting with the staff or saying hello in passing, they take great care to remember details about guests - particularly returning guests. I want to give special shoutouts to the folks who have taken care our the relationship with our coworkers at the happyhours, tea times, various events, etc. Akash Bisht and Akash Shetty who I have interacted with the most but a whole team of folks who make every stay a pleasure. The Hotel's offerings are top class including the Sunday Brunches (Citrus and Zen), ZLB Bar, Citrus Breakfast, furnishings, etc. The entryway staff are always welcoming as well and the front desk has been a joy to deal with. Where other 5 Star Hotels in Bangalore have failed on the smaller things the Leela always comes through! Would recommend for even a short stay or if you are in the city on a recurring basis.

The spa experience was rejuvenating . I visited with my family and it was really great. I would certainly recommend to visit the same . All the staff members were very helpful and provided awesome service. The entire experience was fantastic

We had an unforgettable stay! It was my husband's birthday, and Nanda went above and beyond to create a truly special and picturesque experience. The arrangements were perfect, and the cake was absolutely delicious. A heartfelt thank you to Nanda and the entire team for making it all so memorable!
