The Leela Palace Bengaluru

It was very nice lounge experience wonder full time, fantastic staff at 5 floor will recommend going to the leela and try the lounge for great experience . Hidden gem never disappoints, the drinks are clearly top notch, especially cosmo!!!

The people at Leela do everything possible to take care of guests and the guest experience. This was my second trip to Bangalore on business and on my last visit I stayed in another 5* hotel. This stay at the Leela was in another league!! On this occasion my partner came with me and he was able to enjoy the hotel facilities, which are extraordinary. I wish I had had more time to make the most of them but my husband reports that the spa, the gym, the facilities all in all are exceptional. All your staff, especially Rovi in the 5th floor lounge, are world class.

I was at The Leela Palace in Bengaluru in Jan on work and I stayed for a few days. Having been from Bengaluru and lived there for decades, I had never stayed there. It was truly an exceptional experience. There are many things I can call out, but here are a few that stand out: 1/ Exceptional staff. Whether it was the doorman, or staff walking by, or the teams in the restaurants - the guest experience was truly genuine. Having stayed in many top hotels across the world, I can say this aspect was truly unique and genuine. 2/ Unique culture, tradition: When I spoke at length to some of the staff in Guest experience (Ms Vartika, Mr Rochak, Mr, Deepanshu, Ms Liz, Ms Neha), I realized that they all truly love working at The Leela. They take pride in the place, and feel they are a part of culture, history and tradition. The Leela Palace is modeled and built with inspiration from the Mysuru Palace and each item, painting, or pillar has a story. Ms Vartika does an amazing "Art Tour" explaining the history of the hotel, pointing out specific hand made articles and tracing the history. 3/ Food/culinary tradition: I was also pleasantly surprised at how the restaurants give a lot of importance to the cuisine of Karnataka - particularly some unique ragi & other millet based recipes. All in all, a wonderful experience. The only caveat is that The Leela tends to be rather expensive, I got lucky with a particular week! But definitely worth a stay for some special memories !

She was extremely polite, professional, and went above and beyond to assist us with our check-in process, ensuring everything was smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Mr. Vineet, whose exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. His attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. Overall, the hospitality, service, and attention to detail at The Leela exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again
