Stayed 2 nights and the room had everything we needed. Staff were very hospitable. We made use of the roof top pool which was great after sightseeing to cool off. Plenty of good restaurant options (we particularly enjoyed spending some time at The Commons, just down the road from the hotel which has some great dining options) within walking distance of the hotel which is in a great area of Bangkok although tourist sights are a 30 to 40 min taxi ride away ( allow 1 hour in rush hour traffic). The breakfast had buffet and a la carte options, these were ok. Overall the stay was perfect for what we needed.

Great hotel, very clean, attentive and the staff have been a real pleasure. Gigi, Jay, Ya & Nan were so lovely to us I used the gym, great equipment. The pool area although small, was lovely and kept very clean. I even got gifted a banana plushie which absolutely made my day!!

Everyone is so helpful here. They will go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very accommodating. Bathroom had a couple tooth brush and shaving kits handy which was nice. The hotel is also connected to a mini mall that even has a super market. Everything you need is in a close proximity to you. Felt very taken care of here.

The staff at the MUU are what makes this property stand out. They’re excellent in anticipating your needs and reducing any possible inconvenience that comes with travel. We also loved the location, far enough from the tourist attractions but still accessible if you’re happy to take the BTS, which they provide a free shuttle to. So if you want to be right in the thick of things, this hotel might not be for you. There’s plenty to entertain yourself with around the area that you’d be sharing with mostly locals. Trendy cafes and delicious Thai food are within a 500m radius from the hotel as well as an abundance of Thai massage and spas; the high-end shopping malls are a BTS stop away. And if you need a respite from the stifling Bangkok summer, the pool can be guaranteed to offer that. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice staff, specially Gigi and Biggy at the front desk. Dedicated to your comfort in general. Spacious accommodation. Don't miss the hidden bar 008 and its cocktails. Nice location in lively area. The only negative point is the noise of the A/C in the room
