The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection, Bangkok

At Rain Tree buffet, I had a very good time with family and got an excellent service by Khun Korn, Khun Ann, Khun Noon and Khun Jay. Good atmosphere with variety of tasty international food. Would recommend to anyone and definitely come back again.

Review for Rain Tree Café I had a wonderful dining experience at Rain Tree Café, made even better by the exceptional service from K. Sang. Dining out with two young kids can be quite a challenge, and they ended up making quite a mess at the table. However, K. Sang was incredibly patient and accommodating, handling everything with kindness and professionalism. She made sure we were comfortable and never made us feel bad about the mess. The food selection was impressive, with a great variety to choose from, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place for families. A big thank you to K. Sang for her outstanding service! We truly appreciated her help and will definitely return.

Attend wedding last night and appreciate Marisa and Gap are very attentive always help without any requested. Breakfast ate varieties and best selection that we enkjoy. We love the pool and lobby so beautiful we took some pics as well as at the pool. Thanks Athennee for your hospitality

Huge Disappointment! This hotel is not worth staying at. The service is extremely poor, and none of my requests were handled professionally. The duty manager, Anth, was not helpful at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional experience.

The checking in was very below standard, the staff doesn't know her job, she has no idea what was she doing, just wanna get the job done day by day, not sure why the luxury collection have this kind of staff. As a Bonvoy titanium member, I didn't get room upgrade. And the room is quite old (but nice enough to stay) but not as smelly as my previous stay. I'm staying here on Valentine's day, nothing special from the hotel, no postcard (to greet titanium member) no anything. The lounge is still good, 9 out of 10, no complain. Don't use Bonvoy points to book this property, not worth it.
