Best massage I’ve ever had!
Theresa was outstanding. I had the 90 minute massage. I highly recommend it. I got the mixture of the Thai massage along with the aromatherapy massage. The best of both worlds. The entire staff was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel, in general, to everyone.

Amazing service, true home from home
We spent 7 nights with a family of four in the standard rooms and were never once disappointed. Excellent location close to BTS Ploenchit station. Great and well kept facilities including pool and garden area on 4th floor. Good-sized rooms in good condition and great bed. Fantastic restaurant with broad and quality offering that catered for all cuisines, never seen anything like it. Last but not least, the staff: friendly and extremely thoughtfull and helpfull, one of the very best I have ever experienced after travelling and staying at luxury hotels for thirty years. For us this was a true haven of tranquility in a bustling city, a home away from home. Thank you Athenee staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

It was one of the best in class facilities one can experience Food was great Marisa..Poo ...Bow..Jow were amazing in service and hospitality..lobby was excellent and room service as well was great..the ambience of the hotel was amazing and great

Awesome customer service
My stay at Athenee was very pleasant! Marissa, Breakfast team, Mr Bank from customer service team was very friendly! She always greeted me with a smile whenever I came down for breakfast and even took time to engage me and my friends. Thank you!!

Super One Night Stay
One night first time stay here was great, good service. The room was very comfortable, richly furnished, and plenty of space...lovely bathroom, coffee service, great closets, very comfy beds. Wish I had been staying longer to take advantage of it all and the pool. The hotel was very busy that day and at check in I had to wait until 3 p.m. to get my room, but perhaps if I had settled/asked for a different room I could have gotten it sooner. Definitely recommend as a top hotel in this very convenient and walkable...but busy part of Bangkok. BTS Skytrain stop also very close!
