1. Pink Dumpling (Top Left) – A beautifully crafted translucent pink dumpling with a vibrant garnish of microgreens and caviar, served in a traditional bamboo steamer. 2. Blue Dumpling (Top Right) – A striking blue dumpling with delicate pleats, garnished with tiny fish roe, placed inside a bamboo steamer. 3. Shumai with Caviar (Middle Left) – A classic shumai dumpling with a yellow wrapper, filled with shrimp and topped with black caviar, sitting in a bamboo steamer. 4. Red Dessert (Middle Right) – A unique red pastry with a textured surface, resembling a flower bud, elegantly plated with a small decorative flower. 5. Fried Turnip Cake (Bottom Left) – Crispy golden-brown slices of turnip cake, served on a white plate with a dipping sauce on the side. 6. Scallop with Vermicelli (Bottom Right) – A dish featuring a seared scallop on top of a bed of thin vermicelli noodles, garnished with chopped green onions, served in a small dish within a bamboo steamer. These dishes appear to be part of a high-end dim sum experience at Bai Yun Banyan Tree Hotel. Excellent services with care by K.Job and K.Tongta ,in a good manners.

Mr. Wat is a true professional with great customer service skills. Banyan Tree should be glad he's a part of their staff. He's very attentive to our nerfs and goes above and beyond our requests..he knew us by name every time he saw us! Banyan Tree is the best!

My husband and I just spent two nights at the Banyan Tree bangkok. We arrived VERY early, ie. 6AM, and were quickly welcomed in, and started the check-in process. While our room wasn't ready yet, we were offered the use of the spa/fitness center changing rooms to freshen up after our long flight. Our bags were then stowed for us until our room was ready. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well appointed, with a lovely bathroom. We loved the little gifts that were left each evening! The only downside was that, while we were on the 55th floor, the street noise was still very prominent. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was offered each morning, as well as cocktails at the Vertigo rooftop bar. Service was wonderful from all Banyan Tree employees. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the sky-tram, which was very convenient. All in all, this was a lovely hotel with employees who truly seem to enjoy what they do, which is reflective in the customer service they provided.

Incredible staff once again made the latest stay very enjoyable and efficient. Balancing a very genuine warm welcome and concern as to your wellbeing and adequacy of your stay with respect for your privacy and your own plans, the staff create the perfect atmosphere and demonstrate their willingness to help but not interfere, and let you know that they would be only too pleased to assist in any way should you request them to do so. Always with a smile and a greeting, the staff at this hotel very much trigger the sense of "home away from home".

The staff were amazing at Banyan Tree, very accomodating and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, with an amazing pool and rooftop restaurant/bar. The location is good, just a short 150-200baht Grab to wherever you want to go in the city. We will definitely be back
