A pleasant stay
All staff at Banyan Tree, Sathon, Bangkok were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included a variety of dishes and especially my favourite is the Thai traditional noodle, Khanom Jeen Nam Ngiaw. I enjoyed the live music performances in the lobby, featuring a pianist, singer, and traditional artist. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend for other travellers.

Excellent service, fantastic expercience in roof top bar and restaurant.
While travelling in Asia we stayed at the Banyaan Tree for a few days (club rooms). The service in the club was excellent and after a a day of sightseeing and shoppin in vivid Bangkok the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly and amazing service in the club lounge was highly appreciated. We had some minor issues with one of our rooms . The front office of the club lounge took immediately care of it and invited us for free drinks to the roof top bar. We have been staying in many 5 star hotels, however, the staff here is always kind and very helpful and guest orientated! Our greatest thanks to Ms Kaewfah Prayoonapat for her outstanding support, kindness and work - your excellent service makes guests truly feel welcome . We have been in other 5 star hotels in Bangkok and we also made good experiences - however, the service and the staff at the club lounge and the club front office really makes the difference!

Must Visit in Bangkok
This restaurant has some of the best food I have ever tasted. The staff, Film and Tai, were very friendly. I would really recommend this place! I ordered the romantic package for my girlfriend and I, and we are very pleased. The restaurant is connected to a 360 degree view rooftop bar. Must visit in Bangkok.

Banyan Tree, best in Bangkok!!
Banyan Tree Hotel is always excellent with tip top attentive service! Mr. Wat at the front entrance always gets you "Wat" you need, with a smile! 😊😎 Breakfast on the 19th floor has a great selection. The staff is always friendly! We always come back every year!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
