Great experience
Great experience dining here. Love the food and the atmosphere. The service was truly exceptional. Khun Job, in particular, stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our meal was perfect, answering questions with a smile and providing thoughtful recommendations.

27th year at the hotel and each year is better and better!
The warmest welcome and the feeling of home from home. We were welcomed by Khun Suwit at the airport and his welcome is like meeting family, the warmest in every way. At the hotel we were greeted by Khun Oat who has looked after me and my family for many years. The room was amazing and the food in the club lounge has been updated with a new menu as is even better than before if that is even possible! We had damaged luggage on our arrival at the staff at the hotel did everything efficiently to manage helping me with this. A step above and beyond!

The once spectacular rooftop moon bar is suffocating from to many visitors ( and very unfriendly staff) and the once splendid Vertigo Restaurant has gone down the pits. One hour to wait for Oysters, because the kitchen is busy? Give me a break. The carpet in the corner room was dirty and stained and the executive lounge is serving the same food day by day, the staff there is also mostly bored and can't be bothered. I gave it a try for three nights and will never try again. If you are looking for a superbe Hotel, go next doors, the Sukhothai is fabulous. Not to mansion that our room was occupied when we opened the door.....for that we got a bottle of wine and some cheese, nice try, but this hotel for me is a no go and so are the restaurants!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
