Banyan Tree Bangkok

All I can say is wow! The service from Jeff and Toey was spectacular, especially as they prepared multiple surprises us after learning it was our wedding trip. Order the massaman curry. You won’t be disappointed. Also the bed salad was to die for!

3 night stay in Bangkok, ideal location, lots to see and do in the city but could have easily spent 3 days chilling in this luxurious hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, food was outstanding in the Saffron restaurant and the views from the sky bar are not to be missed.

What a lovely place to have a nice lunch at the saffron sky lounge at the Banyan tree Bangkok We have a wonderful selection of Street Food from Chi fried squid to beef tenderloin and fantastic tasty chicken skewers and lemongrass sticks. Or contemporary done in a unique style and flavours so thank you Chef Pla For a wonderful lunch and menu that you have created well . Mustn’t forget to mention k. Fon, Who hosted myself and my wife at the lounge? A service was Impeccable, friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable, so thank you very much the team working in the saffron Sky lounge at the Banyan tree Bangkok.

First time at the Banyan Tree Hotel with my husband. This is a beautiful hotel with an elaborate lobby. Staff are extremely polite and kind and our room was immaculately cleaned every day. We had a Serenity Club room with lounge benefits which means breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the lounge. In addition to cold non-alcoholic drinks they also offer beer all day which was very much appreciated by some guests. The afternoon tea goes on all afternoon and in addition to sandwiches and scones they serve fruit, nuts and crisps. Evening cocktails mean a choice of a few cocktails and mocktails, wine, beer and sparkling wine. The rosé sparkling wine was especially good. There is hot food, desserts and fruit and definitely enough to count as dinner. The pool is small, comparatively, and the water surprisingly cold. Few guests used the pool; most rested on nice sun loungers. Both the pool towels and the room towels were the best I have seen anywhere: thick, soft and very generous in size. If I were to offer one suggestion: please either remove your rules about attire in the executive lounge or enforce them. We saw people in flip-flops, sportswear, sarongs and two ladies with so little clothes on we believe they were sex workers. It is strange to have a sign with clothing rules at the entrance which people just walk past wearing what they like. It also detracts from the "serenity" vibe that the hotel strives for.

The whole hotel was great with all facilities, room, pool, fitness, restaurants and most of all the Sky Lounge. Fantastic! The Service was excellent and the Concierges really helpful. Especially Mr. Fame was so helpful organizing transportation and to feel is comfortable. In total everything 🔝.
