Great experience at banyan tree Bangkok and great spa, perfect
룸 컨디션이 매우 깨끗하며 침구도 훌륭합니다. 또한 호텔체크인시 담당하신 진호(Jinho) 매우 친절하고 자세히 설명해주어서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 이분때문에라도 머무를 계획입니다. The room is in very clean condition and the bedding is excellent. Also, it was so nice that Jinho, who was in charge of hotel check-in, was very kind and explained in detail. I'm planning to stay because of this person again next time.

Amazing Roof Top Restaurant
Nice hotel in most ways , poor gym set up, had better breakfast buffets , room felt tired lots of marks in bath also only cold water from bath , could do with a spruce up in our room anyway , roof top bar is amazing and the food was good to but not quite expensive.

Just perfect!
What a wonderful experience this ended up being! Some of the best food/ service I’ve had so far in Thailand. The boat & crew are also amazing! The whole crew are Very friendly and super helpful - shout out to BB & Phawat for all your help, you guys helped make the evening.

Perfect Way to See Bangkok
The Apsara Cruise by the Banyan Tree is the perfect way to see Bangkok! The food was just excellent, every course was delicious. The experience is so lovely - the boat itself is amazing and all the staff are so welcoming. Our waiter BB was the perfect host and made our meal!

Top tier hotel
We enjoyed our stay at Banyan Tree. The one bedroom serenity suite was perfect!! Great service too from the staff - they were welcoming from the start to the end. We appreciate their everyday hard work. Rooms are well cleaned everyday too! We will definitely be back again.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
