Beautiful Bangkok evening meal with a view
A lovely setting and friendly service. Food was well presented and politely served. Beautiful. Ta was very helpful! Thank you! We had a lovely meal and the continual service and attention to detail was lovely. I especially liked the ambience of the place.

The Best place to stay in Center of Bangkok
Best hospitality we ever have. 2 Coupels stayed in Club rooms for 5 days. The 51-floor staff are beyond everything we had seen before. The Operation Servis Manger MR. Nattanone and all other staff: Am,Avrg,Jam,Chi, Dank, Roger Ice ,Pat,Bam ,M Bir and all others made our stay a wonderful experience by their hospitality, professionalism, good manners, generous and made our stay life experience. This is second time we stayed at Centara Grand, and we will be back. The staff, the food the room cleaning the pool, fitness room the Roof Top staff and view made our experience as fantastic one.

Passaporn is the best!
Passaporn! The best staff member! We started in 1503, this room wasn't provided a microwave. We called down to reception desk to ask if there was a microwave in the lobby lounge. They had told us there wasn't a microwave for guests to use there. She brought a microwave to the room! Very kind lady!

Wonderful, helpful staff. Excellent value for money,. Lovely room and bedding was good too. Good position next to a great shopping mall.

I really valued my well rounded stay here. Good people. Close to many places yet away. Adjacent mall is sufficient for most needs. Couldn't make the most of it since I was busy with other stuff. Minor annoyances but nothing worth complaining here :). Felt understaffed at times. Their burger, Phad kaprao and Phad Thai were among the best I've had. Thank you for your service!
