I've been coming here regularly for 8 years so it's probably time to update my previous 5 star review. This hotel has consistently been my favourite hotel anywhere in the world and still manages to go from strength to strength. The rooms are beautiful with stunning views, diamond members are also always recognised. The pool area is the best, always so tranquil and plenty of room to swim and relax. The gym, sauna, steam room are great and always spotlessly clean. The executive lounge is the best I've been to by far. Excellent choice of food and drinks and I really enjoyed the Canapés served with the cocktails, the lounge staff were all great but a special mention is required for Cha and April who were delightful. Oliver in housekeeping also deserves a special mention, he did such an incredible job and has such an attention to detail, he was always so happy and courteous. Breakfast at the Conrad is one of my favourite things, they have such incredible produce and I always enjoy a large plate of fruit. They also have lots of delicious Asian options which I loved, make sure you try the Chicken Khao Soi. Game also deserves a special mention, he was the best, an absolute delight to talk to in the mornings and always so happy and helpful. Location wise is great too, near the BTS, Lumphini park and has a shopping centre attached. I cannot wait to return to the hotel hopefully soon.

Every aspect of Conrad Bangkok is amazing. Front of house, back of house, quality and range of F&B, conference and meeting facilities, pool and gymnasium. A special shout out to Vivian and Amy at Cafe@2 who greeted us each morning with the biggest smiles and the warmest hospitality. Thank you!

The entire hotel staff are fantastic from front desk to ballroom & events team and chefs. We simply could not find a better hotel than the Conrad Bangkok. Special shoutout to k. Patt at front desk for being extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us even when its almost midnight.

Although the Conrad hotel is very nice, it is definitely not worth staying in if you want to experience Bangkok. The hotel is very much a business person's travel hotel. If you are in Bangkok for business meetings it is probably a good hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it for travelers. My partner and I checked out early as we had stayed in a different hotel the previous week and compared the Conrad to the previous Bangkok hotel. This hotel has incredible rooms and the beds are perfect, but the location is not convenient unless you have meetings or a conference near the hotel. The staff was very attentive, but their recommendations were all based on a very high end traveler that clearly didn't care about experiencing Thai culture. We were offered Michellin starred restaurants and a night market that looked like Disneyland. If you do not care about experiencing the diversity and excitement of Bangkok culture this might be the place for you. Again, it is definitely a great hotel, it just doesn't celebrate Thai culture and cuisine.
