Great place to stay. ! Good location and excellent service !
Excellent service and very clean. And Amazon Breakfast ! Nice pool and fitness. As well there is an all day complementary shuttle to the main strip. Overall location it close to all major attractions and shopping. Really service from Sarm and Game ! Thanks

Amazing didn’t want to leave
The friendliest staff, the hotel is beautiful. Everyone one is so helpful and kind. Also the breakfast buffet is top tier, Theerawat tongyuen always greeted me and my entire family great, and his attention is top quality. I truly appreciate everyone there.

5 Stars for disappointment
Incredibly underwhelming. • Poor service • Poor location • Dated hotel in need of a renovation • No HH Gold benefits • Rude staff • Crowded pool with no sun after 11:30am Overall The Conrad is a shell of its former self. I stayed back in 2016 and it was incredible, but nearly 10 years later the rooms are the exact same, service has gone downhill (constantly short staffed so you’re waiting around), and with so many actual 5 star hotels in BKK it leaves you regretting your decision to stay here (even the Hiltons in BKK are better imo). Upon checking-in I received the second lowest floor with no upgrades. Went to the lounge to check it out and was let in then later asked to leave or pay because I don’t get access. Tell me that before you let me in, it’s humiliating otherwise. For nearly 200k points there are better ways to redeem them in Bangkok. Decided to check out early and go to another hotel but they won’t let me unless I notify them at least 24h in advance. Note to the GM: if a guest isn’t enjoying your property let them go. The last thing I want to do is spend another night here.

Perfect stay
Everything is perfect since the first day when I was here. The staffs are polite and helpful. They are also attentive to details. Special mention - Tuta (bellman) has been v helpful with my luggage and alway greet you with name . The housekeeper Oliver has also did a great job. Well done Conrad team, keep it up!

Great value for money
I enjoyed Conrad Bangkok very much. For the reasonable price you pay, you get 5 star treatment. Nice rooms, very good executive lounge and beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub area. I appreciated big gym area, with plenty of machines and weights. I would perhaps prefer if the hotel was little bid closer to "downtown" attractions, but there were always taxis around, so no problem.
