Conrad Bangkok

The Conrad hotel was such an incredible experience. Service is 10/10, hotel decor is 10/10 and the breakfast buffet has the most diverse selection. The diplomat bar is stunning with Renee , a beautiful South African singer. Special shout out to Kevin who always checked in on my friend and I every day which was really lovely as my friend had sprained his ankle. Special shout out to Aeh, Anna, Waris who did a very fun guasha facial class and taught us all about ways to tone and massage your skin. Thank you! Very memorable trip, highly recommend

Good quality hotel and great service. We enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived and got greeted by a guy who later appeared to be working in the Exec lounge. We arrived really early expecting to get delayed in the Songkran weekend traffic which didn't happen and the hotel looked after us and found a room with not fuss. Breakfast was still being served and they invited us to dine whilst they processed our checkin. The hotel isn't the best located for city centre sites and is in a quieter embassy area but they do run a shuttle bus to the BTS.

I had the most amazing three-day stay at the Conrad Bangkok! I absolutely loved every moment. Natty and Prikwan were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. The service was beyond incredible—truly unforgettable! And the Japanese restaurant was absolutely outstanding—one of the best I’ve ever had!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Conrad Hotel this time. Due to the earthquake, I had to stay at the Conrad, and I received excellent care throughout my stay. Every morning at breakfast, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and the attention to detail from everyone in the dining area was remarkable. They remembered my preferences, like having almond milk foam in my tea, and they even asked if my condo was repaired yet. The staff, including Vivian, Game, Nid, Fai,Prame, Yaem, Tum and others staffs I couldn’t ask for their name were all incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I am truly grateful to them for their exceptional service and attention to details. The housekeeping staff also took great care of the room, keeping it spotless and comfortable. Additionally, I had a fantastic time using the facilities, especially the tennis court, where I met a skilled hitting partner Saree. I was welcomed by Nick wellness manager as well. It was truly a wonderful time, and I will definitely be coming back!

The Conrad Bangkok is more of a home to us than a hotel. We have been staying here for over a decade now and the thing that sets this hotel apart from the rest is the customer service. An issue arose at breakfast in the lounge one morning, it’s not so much about the issue that occurred but how the Conrad handled it that shows us how exceptional this hotel Is. Everyone can make a mistake, but the level the hotel went to afterwards was 100%. A special thank you to Kevin and Krit Ruangpoon for their help and dedication. Also a big shout out to PJ in the lounge for her fantastic friendly service. Looking forward to stay number 13 in November.
