Hansar Bangkok

DO NOT CONSUME ANYTHING FROM THE MINI BAR INCLUDING MINERAL WATER First visit was fine but the second was seriously lacking. They have so many different types of mineral water and each has different prices so i called the receptionist and they said there were 2 complimentary mineral water but turns out everything were to be charged. At last i had to pay 280baht for 7 bottles of mineral water. And here comes the housekeepers. Never change bedsheets even when i put the wooden board sign in the middle of the bed(they change them only after i put 50baht under the sign). Never replenish laundry bag so i had to call them every night to get me a new one. Never refill shampoo and body wash and i had to call them in the middle of my shower. Overall experience is utterly disappointing from a 5-star hotel perspective. Probably never coming back.

Hansar hotel is on the top of the list of the best hotel. The elegant de’cor of the room, top notch amenities, and high quality services are the prime attractions of Hansar. Convenient location, right in the heart of Bangkok, easy access to BTS. Best buffet breakfast.

Luxury hotel with distinct Thai feel - as opposed to many huge anonimous hotels in Bangkok. Beautiful, large rooms and bathrooms, delicious breakfast - a real treat ! Staff is excellent, location quiet yet near everything. Highly recommended

My family and I had a great stay at Hansar. Special shout out to Mr. Souloth! He truly made our trip extra special. He is friendly, helpful, very professional and gave me plenty of recommendations and tips. He arranged transportation for us seamlessly and followed up without asking. He did everything with a smile, truly a great Thai hospitality at its best..which I found in Mr. Souloth. Thank you so much!

Our fifth time with Hansar, and the first time after the pandemic. We always love staying here because the rooms are so spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Bathroom is huge. Interior inspires a sense of calm after a busy day in Bangkok. Really great value for the price. There is some wear and tear but I think the staff does a good job with maintenance and cleaning. The ladies and gentlemen working there — especially the servers at breakfast — are quite friendly. One thing we did notice was that the drinks and snacks are no longer complimentary! But, I guess that makes sense as everything everywhere is much costlier nowadays.
