Truly great experience. Staff is very attentive. Been to SPA and was very good as well. All variates of breakfast possible, I focused on continental and fruit. Smaller rooms a bit dated, but clean and lovely. Large suites look fantastic, so go for that.

We love the spacious room of the hotel. We have a fantastic stay and the location is very convenient too. The staffs are very friendly too. The kids love the big bathtub too. And the room have 2 big televisions too. The room also has a very excellent view of the city.

I have lived in bkk for 20 years ,not far from this hotel I decided to take friends to the rooftop bar for happy hour We ordered our first drink ,which took 30 mins Then ordered our second drink After one hour nothing arrived So ,i went to the bar and asked what happened to our drinks I was told by the bartender that if i had a complaint i should write in. Needless to say i have never returned

My wife and I booked a king-size bed room on booking dot com, on checking they tried to give us 2 separate beds and told we have to wait 1 and a half hours for the next available room, the balcony doesn't have any furniture (table or chairs). The walk in shower is built into the room so the steam fills your room among other smells. We complained to the night manger and he said that where fully booked without even checking his screen, baring in mind its the start of the rainy season. There's only one rooftop bar, the main one is closed and has been for 3 months. The hallway smelt damp and muggy . The hotel in on a motorway with nonstop traffic so u have to walk 10 minutes to the junction just to get a cab because the 3 lane traffic is backed up to the hotel. Nice hotel with nice staff (especially Chalee) convenient pool. We had a small issue in the dim sum restaurant but this was solved in an excellent way by the hotel manager!!! Sky bar is worth visting and breakfast is okay. House keeping wasn't top noch (shampoo didn't get a refill and hairs weren't taken away from the shower) otherwise I would have given a 5* rating.
