We had a problem with our Room but Phat the Supervisor of the Hotel was more than cooperative. She was super helpful and very friendly, she is very service oriented and wants the guests to feel good. The location is also near the centrum so you can travel very easy

We stayed in a 2-Bedroom Suite for one night. The suite was very spacious with lovely views and a balcony, which added to the appeal. However, the room felt a bit worn down and could have been cleaner. The balcony, while a nice feature, lacked basic furniture like chairs and a table, which would have made it more functional. The hotel overall was in decent condition but didn’t live up to the higher ratings that some online sources suggest. The pool area was fine, though the water was very cold and not particularly inviting. Unfortunately, the sky bar was under construction during our visit, but the lower-level bar was open, offering nice views and reasonably priced drinks. In summary, it’s an acceptable place to stay for a short visit, but in our opinion, there are better options in more convenient locations.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Mr. Tu was very helpful with planning our day tours. Problems in the room are resolved right away, the maintenance personnels were quick to solve some minor issues with the aircon and the water heaters. Also the staffs are very friendly.

We booked this hotel for 5 nights as part of a three week, three country SE Asia Trip. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning following a delayed flight from Pnomh Penh. First impressions were not great & not becoming of a 4/5 star Bangkok hotel. We were very tired and went straight to bed. The following morning we inspected to room more closely and there were several aspects with which we were unhappy, the cleanliness generally especially the floors and the old sanitary fittings meaning it was impossible to get cold flowing water. After a scrummage to get breakfast which was really poor and with long delays in getting around the building (long waits for lifts) we made representations to the hotel. They stated they would upgrade us and presented us with the same type of room on an upper floor. This room was clean and better (sanitory fittings worked) but was not really an upgrade. Some websites state this to be a 5 star hotel. It certainly wasn't that and we wanted that but given the significant delays in getting things rearranged we decided to stay for a further night and get on with our day whilst getting an agreement to refund for the unused nights. On reflection the room we latterly stayed in was OK, but with the lift issues and the breakfast I could not recommend this hotel, albeit the price point will attract many. Most visitors to this hotel are young or appear to be on package holidays. A special shout out to Phat who managed to replace the beer I left in the original room.

My friends and I had a great time staying at this hotel for almost 4 days. The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious, especially on one of the top most floors. The breakfast selection is great! Never had a dull moment here. Special mention to Phattey at the front desk for being so sweet and assisting us every way possible.
