Our stay at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok was an unforgettable experience. Located in a fantastic gated area surrounded by lush greenery, the hotel is just a short walk from Lumpini Park, often referred to as the "green lung" of Bangkok. The serene landscape provides a refreshing escape in the heart of the bustling city. The hotel’s futuristic décor is both elegant and sustainable, with creative accent pieces crafted from natural materials like rope, paper, and wood. This thoughtful design beautifully reflects the hotel’s green approach. The spacious rooms are a perfect blend of style and comfort, offering stunning views, a curated selection of cultural books, and even speakers to enhance your experience. The dining options are another highlight. At The Stock Room, the variety is impressive, with an extensive selection of international and Arabic specialties. A special thanks to Chef Tariq Dweik, who made us feel at home with his warm hospitality and prepared an incredible maqoosheh and foul medames dish (a fava bean Arabic specialty). His care and attention to detail were remarkable. Craft, another gem at the hotel, offers a unique dining experience with dishes like labneh and sujuk hummus, served in a peaceful setting next to a water lily pond. The sound of frogs at night added a charming, almost magical touch to the atmosphere. Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok isn’t just a hotel—it’s an oasis of elegance, sustainability, and unparalleled service. Highly recommended for those seeking a luxurious yet eco-conscious stay in Bangkok.
