This was my fourth time staying at this amazing hotel, and it never disappoints! From the moment we checked in, Ms. Titang greeted us with warmth and friendliness, making us feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the essential hotel information and even offered us a pre-booked breakfast deal, which was a great touch. The breakfast itself was fantastic – a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the best part was the stunning view. Enjoying a cup of coffee, fresh coconut, and mango sticky rice while looking at the beautiful surroundings made for the perfect start to the day. The staff truly excelled in their service; despite how busy they were, they always greeted us with a smile and ensured every need was met. Our room was absolutely stunning – clean, spacious, and with a breathtaking view. The bathtub was huge and perfect for two, allowing us to unwind in comfort. I would also like to mention Ms. Lisa, who took care of us during our three-night stay. She was always so friendly and went above and beyond by offering excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Bangkok and the nearby areas. I had an urgent need to print a document last minute, and she helped arrange everything with ease. She also helped us with a taxi to the airport and made sure to send us off with a heartfelt farewell. Overall, every moment of our stay was enjoyable, and the level of care and attention we received made it an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The vibes are incredibly nice and beautiful, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Palm, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She recommended the rooftop bar, and it truly didn’t disappoint—great drinks, an amazing view, and the perfect ambiance. I came with my family, and we all had a fantastic time. The gym is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!
