Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at LANCASTER Hotel for someday. it’s always a fantastic experience. The high ceilings and elegant decor are welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. A special thanks to Naya at the front desk. She helped me exchange currency with a warm smile, offered a refreshing welcome drink, and proactively recommended me amazing local restaurants and attractions. Her thoughtful and friendly service truly stood out and made my trip even better. LANCASTER Hotel consistently delivers exceptional service and comfort. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to friends!

In brief: I love Lancester Bangkok❤️ I have been to many hotels and this is one of the best. Few things: -location -clean everywhere -good bed -not too loud air conditioning -nice pool area -very good sauna section -The Club Lancester lounge in 18th floor And the most important thing: staff. Everybody was nice, polite and helpful. Especially: Sutat, you are a good man. And special thanks to Guitar for your help. You are polite, kind and always smiling.

We stayed here for 5 nights in total, 2 separate visits and therefore had 2 different rooms, both rooms were lovely, very clean, spacious and functional. The pool was nice, small, however we managed to get a lounger or bench whenever we visited, towels provided, great views. The lobby was beautiful, ordering taxis etc was easy with prices confirmed. Lovely breakfast, lots of selection. Would recommend highly.

My partner and I stayed in a Deluxe king room. The staff are nice and helpful. The room was spacious and staff cleaned daily along with restocking necessities. We had access to the Club Lancaster which was a nice addition after a day out in the crowds. The location could face heavy traffic during rush hour but I'd imagine that's normal for Bangkok. We used the laundry services and the staff did a great job with our clothes. Overall the stay was great!

This is a truly fantastic hotel to stay in if you are visiting Bangkok. In short: - The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating (particularly Film in the restaurant!) - The rooms are spacious and cleaned spotlessly on a daily basis. The bathroom is excellent, with a powerful shower. - The breakfast is top of the range, even if the baked beans tasted a little funny :) - A stunning rooftop pool and state-of-the-art gym are included. - The hotel is always quiet, there are never large groups of people making noise or getting in your way. At the same time, it is not so empty as to be lacking liveliness. - The lifts are extremely efficient; there are six in close proximity, so you are never waiting more than 10-20 seconds to get to your room. - Even little things like the lobby also smell great; it is always a nice feeling when you walk through the doors. The location is pretty good, right in the center of Bangkok. In the interest of constructive feedback, I am offering two minor criticisms: - The internet could sometimes be slightly intermittent, sometimes cutting out for a few minutes for no reason. I had my PS5 with me and the latency was not as good as I have at home. - I found the choice on the restaurant menu to be somewhat lacking. The bar and restaurant are extremely comfortable and convenient, but in terms of price and variety, you may want to venture out into the city. For me, this hotel hits the "sweet spot" between luxury and excessive indulgence. The whole place is laid back, but if you need their help they will do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible.
