The Lancaster Bangkok Hotel is a true gem! From the moment I arrived, the vibrant and energetic atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. I truly felt like I made friends with the team here—it’s rare to find such genuine warmth and hospitality. A special shoutout to Naya and Paint for their exceptional reception and care in the lounge. Their sweet and accommodating nature made my stay unforgettable. They truly embody the spirit of this hotel. I can’t recommend the Lancaster Bangkok enough. It’s more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience filled with kindness, comfort, and connection. I love this place so much and can’t wait to return!

Above and beyond
I love this hotel. Amazing service, amazing room, love the amenities of the hotel: The gym, sauna, pool, etc... I visited this hotel twice. 2nd time I got a tip experience and I spent a lot of time at the lancaster bangkok club at the 18th floor. I have to mention 2 girls Naya and Paint who gave me an amazing service, kept caring for my needs and even had great conversations with them in 3 different languages. Very intelligent young ladies. If I'm ever in Bangkok again I'm coming back to this hotel I can garenty you that💪!!!

Stunning Hotel
Stunning hotel It deserves all of its 5 stars The staff cannot do enough for you. Beautiful bedroom and immaculately clean. Tea & coffee provided along with water. Coffee mate was the milk substitute … maybe a few more sachets with have been useful. Breakfast was good, maybe a little variety would be better but plentiful. We loved the Rooftop Bar. Great views of the city. We didn’t use the other facilities as we were too busy exploring. Recommend the River Cruise experience with dinner. We also used Grab to get around. The roads are so busy , so allow longer for your journeys. We would definitely return to Bangkok and the Lancaster. Thank you so much !
