Reviews for The Landmark Bangkok

Excellent value for money option

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

I stayed here many times. Overall it is a very good choice in terms of value for money. Now they renovated the ground floor. They did not open all venues there yet. However, from what I saw, it is good concept that offers guest an even larger variety of food options in the hotel. It is already possible to sit at the terrace and watch the crowds on busy Sukhumvit. Not sure if they will also bring back the breakfast sets. I hope so as in the past I enjoyed it to have breakfast there while looking at the busy street. And for me it was a better option that a buffet. While the shower temperature is still incosistent which is a little annoying, you always get high water pressure and warm enough water. Inconsistent water temperature is an issue in many hotels unfortunately. Will stay there again in the future.

A Warm Welcome to Thailand!

The Landmark Bangkok is a fantastic hotel and a big part of why I enjoyed my first ever trip to Thailand! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating and couldn't do enough for you. From the reception, to the restaurant and club lounge staff, to the lovely housekeeping ladies, and everyone in between, this is a fantastic team and I miss their kindness and smiles already. The room was perfect and exceptionally well-maintained. And a big thank you for the birthday surprise, it was so gratefully received and even made me feel a little better about getting older! Thank you to everyone, I cannot wait to return.

A wonderful five-star hotel, and everything in it is worth it. It is wonderful and they have many options. They also have people in the restaurant who speak Arabic fluently and provide the best services. I strongly recommend it and I will tell my friends about it.

An excellent choice of a Bangkok Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The service at the Landmark Bangkok is second to none it is well located for getting around and is close to a BTS sky train station. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. We had a premium club room on the 27th Floor and the additional outlay is great value for money. Rooms are well furnished and equipped and have everything you could possibly want from a room. Beds are comfortable and make for a good night’s sleep with minimal noise. We had a minor water leak from the air conditioning unit and within 2 minutes of reporting it a maintenance technician arrived cleaned up and repaired the leak , what great service! Breakfast had a good variety of choice, although I am used to waffles and pancakes being served hot not cold. ( This did not detract from the quality of the breakfast offering) Would we stay here again, without doubt, so we have booked to return again next week! This hotel is highly recommended for a great stay.

The new Gold Standard for Sukhomvit

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

This used to be a "value" hotel with somewhat faded facilities and an unfortunate lobby, but now a manager from the nearby JW Marriott which was the "gold standard" for the area has taken over and the place had been completely renovated and refined. Even the restaurants are great here. I actually prefer it to the Marriott even though it's about half the price. But the big corner rooms up high offer outstanding views and are pretty great, plus the adjoining gym facilities are first rate.
