This is a classic Bangkok Hotel popular for business and leisure as well. Located in the lower Soi’s, fairly close to Nana BTS station. This is a very busy area with a lot of people moving around. I was a bit surprised to see that no key was needed in the elevator to get to your floor. The rooms are nicely decorated but are starting to show some minor signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was a bit below average size but fully functional. Service was outstanding from start to finish, super professional.

I got into my room at the Landmark Hotel . The Air Conditioning was stuck on 21 degrees . " You could hang meat in the room " I got ahold of the staff within a 15 min period the Air Conditioning was fixed . This shows how great the staff and management of this hotel is . They are doing major updates to the building showing that they will be here for a long time . I really suggest the Landmark hotel for how close it is to the BTS and MRT . I been coming to this hotel for the past three years for Holiday and I see no reason to change hotels . P.S. Are you ever thinking of opening a Landmark Hotel in Pattaya or Jomtien? I stay there also . Thank you to the staff for making my stays in Bangkok wonderful. You are all AWESOME 👌

Good hotel in a central location with some great value packages on offer including breakfast, lounge access and late 4 pm checkout. . I booked a club corner room and was upgraded to a suite which was nice. I was however surprised to be asked on check in if I would like a smoking or non smoking room, as I just assumed all major hotels today are non smoking. Anyway took a non smoking option only to find one of the guests was puffing away in an adjacent room. On bringing this to the attention of the hotel I was offered an alternate room. So a non smoker has to move while the smoker remains on a non smoking floor. On checkout I inquired as to why this was allowed on a non smoking floor only to be told the hotel cannot control the behavior of guests. So basically this a smoking hotel. There is a sign in rooms that smoking carries a 5,000 THB penalty, but id be shocked if this was enforced.

My wife and I stayed couple of nights here before jetting off to Koh Samui. From the minute we walked into the reception we where made to feel special and at home. Every member of staff said hello (palms together and nodding) and made us feel so welcome. The room was lovely. I asked before we arrived if I could have a high room as my wife loves anything high and great views. The hotel told me they would see what they could do. They did not disappoint. The room was perfect. As you would expect of a hotel of this quality, the rooms where spacious, comfortable and super clean. That night we ate in the RR&B steakhouse. Ive alway wanted to try the wagyu steak. I have to say it was cooked to perfection. The waitresses were top quality, always looking around to see who needed help/serving. The cocktail bar was also a great place to finish of the evening. Have to say a special thank you to the chief concierge Pairoj. I was in contact with him several times before I arrived. Asking him lots questions about the trains, where to go. Every time he came back to me with information that made the trip so much easier. He even came up and introduced himself to me on arrival. Really good touch I thought. If Im ever back in Bangkok I wont be staying in any other hotel.
