Great bed, nice room and friendly and helpful staff. I always enjoy my stay at landmark. It's great value compared to similar properties in the area. A lot of restaurant choices in house. The Cafe makes a decent coffee too. Nana station and plaza a few minutes walk

Thank you very much for welcoming us so god the first day of our honeymoon. Och also very welcoming personal att club floor. Al the staff is very polite and nice. During our stay between 13th to the 15th of April, 2025, at room number 2910. It’s the hotel that I have dreamd of in many years och our stay was very good. The breakfast was beyond expectation, with a enormously supply. Our room was very nice and the staff very helpful and polite. Next time we will for sure stay at least one week. Thanks again for making our stay att The Landmark Bangkok wonderful.

We had lunch here yesterday with my family. We normally come for the Sunday brunch, but this was our first time trying the Monday brunch, and once again, we were not disappointed! There was a great variety of food, and everything was delicious. The chefs did an excellent job. It was also our first time seeing your Executive Chef, Phillippe, which made us happy—but it would have been even nicer if he could have come out to say hello or greet the guests. Small gestures like that really make guests feel valued, as I’ve experienced at the Moxy Hotel. A special mention to Khun Joe, one of the waiters who always greets us with a warm smile. Even when the restaurant is very busy, he never shows signs of being tired and continues to provide service with genuine happiness. Staff like him truly elevate the dining experience. On the other hand, I would like to give some feedback about a staff member at the beverage corner. He didn’t smile or seem welcoming and made us feel like we were bothering him when we asked for drinks. He also told us to order drinks from our table instead of directly at the counter, possibly to avoid the queue—but the way it was said came off as dismissive. A friendlier approach would definitely help. I also want to thank Khun Kloy, your restaurant supervisor, who always goes above and beyond. Even though the lift was under maintenance and not ideal for my mom who uses a wheelchair, Khun Kloy sincerely apologized and was incredibly attentive. When we were about to leave, another staff member nearby didn’t offer assistance, but Khun Kloy—just walking past—immediately rushed over to help my mom without hesitation. Her service is consistently outstanding, and in my opinion, she deserves a promotion for her dedication and care. We will definitely be back again!

Really enjoyed my stay again at the Landmark. Room was spotless, staff excellent; nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to the bar and door staff who made our stay so much better. Never ate in the hotel so am unable to comment on the food. Will return.
