Fantastic hotel
We stayed for 2 nights at the start of our trip to Thailand. The staff were amazing and so helpful with advice. The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The breakfast was superb and the pool was very relaxing. Everything was amazing and will definitely stay again. Would recommend 👌

about the hotel experience
The staff ON clean room very nice. The breakfast is very good and the staff here it’s very friendly and nice. The club lunge afternoon tea time have many kind of desserts. everything is perfect here, but unfortunately, we cannot upgrade to the suite.

Cool hotel with great vibes solid service and a great executive lounge
I used to stay at this hotel when traveling for work several years ago. The refresh is fantastic. Rooms are just as remembered with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a complete selection of Western and Asian food. (The proper over easy egg however remains elusive). The team at breakfast was always busy and I think some could be a little warmer to the guests but they do an excellent job. The addition of the executive lounge is a game changer. The space is smalll but elegant with great food and drinks (cocktails if you choose) Michael and the team are incredible. Shout outs to Bamby and Nanda and especially Jommy. One of the best lounges I have visited.

Great location and staff
My daughter and I visited during the Christmas holiday, and we had a wonderful time. The location is convenient, offering easy access to public transportation and shopping. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed. I would like to extend a special thank you to Bambi, Pio, and the rest of the lounge staff for making us feel so welcome every time we visited. Bambi always remembered that I enjoy pineapple juice and gooseberries, and made sure I had plenty throughout our stay. By the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to friends.
