We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish, and we are so grateful to the Bangkok team for making our time so special. A heartfelt thank you to Leo and Theo from guest relations for their warm welcome and room arrangement, and to Kasidet and Jidapa from reservations for ensuring our arrivals and bookings went smoothly. Sirintra’s thoughtful recommendations for our shopping adventures truly made our trip memorable, and we can’t forget Sompol, who was so helpful at our departure. Dining at Verandah was a delight, thanks to the attentive care from Andy and Jenny. In the meanwhile, the warmth and kind assistance of Lorenzo and Rujira at Sala Rim Naam and Scott at the Bamboo is unforgettable. Thank you all for your kindness and exceptional service. Looking forward to seeing you all again next time!

from beginning to end, my stay was incredible. I had the best breakfast and best massage of my life. The service was the best I’ve ever seen. Everything about this hotel is top notch. I also ate the best macaroons of my life, which were in my room when I arrived. Just can’t say enough about this hotel.

It felt like we have come back to our home. The welcome at the chekin counter was full of warmth. It didn't feel that we are coming to a new place. There was a familiarity. They gave us early chekin n late chek out also. There was a cake also for my Husband's bday. Really felt overwhelmed with all the care given to us.

It was an extremely comfortable hotel with wonderful service! The location right on the river was beautiful as well as the river view from our room. The included breakfast buffet had everything you would want. The employees were always attentive and made you feel well taken care of.

Services in the hotel, from concierge to butler, exceeded expecting compared to all other 5 star hotel I have stayed. Salute to all the staff at Bangkok MO. The food are great, especially Breakfast, Baan Phraya & Le Normandie. All the wait staff, especially at Verandah, serving breakfast, are most attentive to all details.
