Best hotel....
It was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The amenities are beyond good. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The boat on the river was special. Rooms are so large and comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bamboo Bar was really cool, and the pools were wonderful and relaxing. AMAZING experience!

My best staycation
Service there is world class standard. I love breakfast here. The check in and check out process is great., they don't keep you wasting your time at all. I impressed with personal butler who response on our request so fast with accuracy. Room cleanliness is the best. I wish they will have netflix equipped.

Great Service at Reception, Inconsistent Dining Experience
The service can be inconsistent, depending on the staff. The reception and room service teams consistently deliver excellent service, reflecting professionalism and attentiveness. However, some restaurant staff still fall short of the refined standard one might expect from The Mandarin Oriental hotel.

Superb Service, Excellent Location and Wonderful Rooms
Our stay was simply Wonderful ,thanks to the hotel personnel and wonderful facilities. Everyone was vey amable, respectful and very helpful, The facilities are well kept and the daily room details was a nice touch. We love the location and the Boat Bus service was excellent. The massages we received were Superb. We loved our Stay.

Riverfront bangkok oasis! Beautiful hotel with true 5 star service and amenities.
Amazing riverfront hotel in historic area. Concierge was fantastic. I was there for a business meeting and dinner. The breakfast spread was impressive and my wife and I really loved the service. The hotel has a boat that crosses the river every 5 minutes where the gym and spa are located. Very cool feature. They made great recommendations on last minute sight seeing for us. Absolutely comfortable on our first time to Bangkok.
