Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok

Just perfect week in a perfect 5* Hotel. Service, Location, Personel is overwhelmingly friendly, Food is fabulous and we even got upgraded to a Suite as MO Fans which was amazing. We already decided to go back on January 2026 and this time for a longer period of time.

Everything was perfect, from the beautiful lobby to the staff to the fabulous room. The staff especially stood out, with excellent service and attention to detail. We needed extra help to get ice packs for my husband's feet and the butlers were wonderful. We can't wait to come back!

Nice hotel. The room is so nice and also the food for both dinner and breakfast. However, it will be great of hotel will consider to increase number of staffs at restaurant for both dinner and breakfast since it can be seen that the staffs is trying their best to provide good service to customers but number of staffs and number of customer does not match which lead to the problem that some customers do not get proper service and/ or got ignore by staffs.

The best place to stay in Bangkok. What a great venue. I just absolutely love the ambience, amazing staff just a great place to stay. My third visit, love the Bamboo bar great character. Will definitely be back again in the near future. Great to have a butler on your floor.

We had the most amazing time at the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, made even more special because we celebrated our wedding there! From start to finish, everything was beyond perfect. The team went above and beyond to make our stay and wedding truly unforgettable. The service was exceptional—so warm, attentive, and personalized. They recognized every little detail about our special day and made us feel so celebrated. From the stunning floral arrangements to the personalized touches in our room, it felt like everything was curated just for us. Our wedding day was like a dream. The team at the Mandarin Oriental handled everything seamlessly, and the level of care they put into every detail was incredible. The food was exquisite, the setup was breathtaking, and the whole experience was more than we could have ever hoped for. The rest of our stay was just as amazing. Our room was beautiful, cozy, and the perfect retreat after such an emotional day. Dining by the river was an absolute highlight—delicious food in the most romantic setting. We were also treated to a complimentary spa experience, which was the ultimate way to relax and unwind. The therapists were fantastic, and the serene atmosphere helped us recharge after all the wedding excitement. We’re so grateful to the team for making our wedding and stay so memorable. This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back!
