Excelent facilities, superb location, exceptional staff (a great big thank you to Surya and Biggy in particular) . I am currently on crutches owing to an accident shortly before my trip, the hotel staff went way beyond duty to assist me and support me. These seasoned travellers highly recommend Muu Bangkok

We stayed for 3 nights at Muu. The room we had was clean, spacious, and well decorated. The pillows, blanket, and bed are so soft! The staff is always helpful, friendly, but yet professional. Breakfast at the hotel was very delicious. The lobby is not very big but nicely decorated, especially during a holiday. There are loads of food options right by the hotel. I really like that the hotel is a bit tucked away from a bustling street so that you don’t hear all the noise outside. Highly recommend. We will return to Muu.

The MUU Hotel provided us with impeccable service and hospitality. Our room was really wonderful and the breakfast amazingly delicious. Additionally, all the hotel staffs were so genuinely polite and friendly, especially Nun Aey who was not only so handsome but also made us felt so welcoming. We will definitely recommend the MUU Hotel to all of our family and friends and we will definitely come back here for another stay. Such a lovely, friendly hotel. From the moment we arrived to when we left after 3 days we were looked after. For a little upgrade we choose the junior suite king which had its own dining area and seating area with separate TV. That’s was nice to be able to sit and watch tv without sitting on your bed. The hotel was clean and tidy albeit the pool area needed a bit of attention as the Jacuzzi area as tiles are a bit rough. The staff where brilliant especially Suriya who made sure that he had checked the airport we where flying from to the taxi driver. It’s about a 45 min plus drive to the airport. The local sky train is about 10-15 min walk but cheaper. Location is a bit out of main city but I didn’t mind that for the quality of the hotel. Local shopping centre next door and supermarket down main road which is 24 hrs.

Stunning hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful pool. Bit far from the main part of Sukhumvit Road but accessible via tuk tuk which was fun. Super clean and very comfortable bed would definitely stay again. Definitely 5* hotel.
