Perfect Location
Stayed for a night before flying home to Honolulu. Great location. Clean. Calming palette tones. Great rooms , which feel Like suites. Loved the Service and the ambiance was warm. One of my new favorites for Bangkok. Had dinner at the Italian restaurant, fantastic. They made us feel welcome at check in acknowledging my Global status as well !

A great experience
Spent 5 nights here in early January. Just a wonderful place. The staff from the moment you arrive, are ever pleasant and so gracious. The Thai hospitality lived up to my expectations. My room was a corner king (one on every floor). Very spacious, and beautifully designed. Felt like a penthouse in many ways. The gym/spa is excellent. There is a lovely mall attached to the Hyatt with one of the nicest book stores when you take the PH elevator directly, it drops you in the book store. Can't say enough about the professionalism from each person I interacted with at PH. Will come back soon. Thank you !

Loved everything
If you are looking for the highest level of service and hotel experience...stay here. If you expect the best or nothing stay here. This was the end of a great Asia trip for us, and we stayed in 6 high end hotels throughout our stays and this ways fantastic....the views, breakfast, penthouse, bar and lounge ... perfect.

We have lost track of the number of our stays. We are always coming back because of the hotel’s futuristic architecture and its sleek, yet warm, interiors, the staff’s overwhelming kindness and attention, and the park-like pool area that create an incomparable tranquility. Spa services are very professional and satisfying. Among the many pleasant encounters with the team the ones with Diana (Assistant Manager Guest Experience) and John Patrick (Director of Food & Beverage) are standing out as exemplary for the Park Hyatt’s hospitality and warmth. Hoping to be back soon!

Awesome experience with 11 month old at Hyatt
Awesome staff, thought ahead of our needs. Took good care of our needs since we were traveling with our 11 month old. The team provided bathing supplies for baby, crib, offered fresh purées, and room was quite baby proofed as is. Rooms are very clean and staff is very helpful throughout our stay. Location is convenient for shopping
