Park Hyatt Bangkok

Service is outstanding, rooms are beautiful, view is incredible. Bed is comfortable, buffet breakfast fabulous. Can walk to the Central mall thru the hotel, close to the train, and can walk to Lumphini Park. So many things to do in Bangkok. Would stay there again.

Great and clean hotel! Very kind and helpful staff. The room is amazing overall as well! Everything is kept clean, you'll feel at home and very comfortable. I came solo to Thailand and this was my first stop, and I was not disappointed. Highly recommend!

Stayed at the corner room in one of my favourite hotels in BKK. The maintenance and service remained excellent. However, I did notice the sound of the loud traffic in the middle of the night when things quietened down. I was staying at the 20th floor but still not spared of the sound. I guess the corner room faces the heavy traffic and hence this issue.

It was our 3rd time staying in Park Hyatt Bangkok. We came back again because of its perfect location and excellent services provided by its team. Location: No need to say that its location is in the heart of Bangkok city with convenient bridges linked to BTS station, so you don’t need to worry to get wet even it’s raining. There is a shopping mall downstairs with many shops, restaurants and supermarket, which provides you with many choices. Room: we were happy to stay in the same suite facing swimming pool side and the reservation team tried their best to honour our request 👍🏻 The suite was spacious, clean and well maintained, and we didn’t see it’s outdated or showed ages. Hotel amenities were good. Housekeeping did a good job. Breakfast: Same as our previous stays, breakfast is always the highlight of the stay at Park Hyatt BKK. It had many variety of choices with excellent quality and taste. The breakfast team always provides excellent and helpful services especially Four, Poppy, Daow, Mindy, etc. Some of their staff recognised us as return customers, and even said our son has grown much taller than before. Living room restaurant: Their Thai food is always our favourite choice when we stay in BKK. Good service too. Swimming pool and pool bar: the swimming is in very good size as a city hotel with lots of sunlight and open space in front. In general, it’s very comfortable to stay by the pool side with some special drinks and snacks. Overall, it’s an excellent city hotel with central convenient location and excellent services.

Everything from hotel location, staff and service were amazing! The breakfast buffet was also surprisingly very good with a lot of variety. My favorite items were the juice, egg fried rice, kha tom pla and pad see ew. I highly recommend this hotel.
