Park Hyatt Bangkok

It was my first stay at Park Hyatt Bangkok and it was much above my expectation. It was located in a very convenient location, right above Central Embassy with a direct entrance. There were food courts, supermarket, many restaurants in Central Embassy and there is a quick connection to BTS Phloen Chit, which is only one stop from Chitlom, where you could do lots of shopping and eating. This is a quiet and decent area. There were security guards at Central Embassy who led my way back to the hotel entrance when I came back late. I felt very safe staying in this hotel and this area. I am very pleased with the Twin Room I had stayed for 4 nights. It was very neat, well designed and spacious. It has a big bathroom, a big closet, a big sitting area and a big window with a great view. Housekeeping did her job nicely and all our requests were attended instantly. Breakfast was marvellous. We enjoyed our breakfast outdoor and there was a great variety of choices. We almost managed to try everything in our 4 mornings. All dishes were delicious. Restaurant staff was very nice and helpful. I looked forward to breakfast time every morning. We usually stayed at the pool for another hour after our breakfast. It was very relaxing but the pool was a bit too cold. It would have been better if it was a heated swimming pool. I also went to the gym, which was quiet and clean. I am glad I had stayed at this hotel. I was so contented with the service, the room, the breakfast, the lobby, the hallways, the spaciousness and the feel of 'low key luxury' when I first stepped into this hotel. I have tried a few other same-tier level hotels in Bangkok but this is the best one so far I would say. I would definitely come back very soon. This will probably become my home in Bangkok in the future.

Fabulous 5 star hotel. Staff were exceptional and breakfasts superb. The one big downside is the traffic noise in the room at night. We were on the 17th floor and at the rear of the hotel where the traffic noise is less and it was still quite noisy after dark.

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Bangkok! The hotel is beautiful and modern with delicious cuisine, including the breakfast menu/buffet and the fun rooftop bar. We enjoyed the nice infinity pool overlooking Bangkok in the afternoons. Excellent service. The hotel is built on top of a very high end shopping center. We used the Hyatt transfer service with their friendly and courteous driver to and from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay at the Park Hyatt again.

The service and facilities provided by the hotel are excellent. The room are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with high quality bed and pillows desired for a good stay and sleep:) The hotel is conveniently located right in the city with a linked bridge to the skywalk to the BTS train station. It is also located above the high end shopping mall!

Located in a very convenient location adjoining a nice mall, the hotel offerings nice accommodation with good restaurant and bars. There are seats by the pool for breakfast and live bands at the rooftop bar. Concierge is very helpful to recommend options around the city. Spa is nice. It would be better if the swimming pool can be bigger.
