The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection, Bangkok

My family and I stayed here on February and had a great stay. Key highlights: Beautiful Lobby All the staff were fantastic Clean Very good breakfast Solid club lounge My family and I really enjoyed it here. The staff were great. Marissa and Sunny were both fantastic and really made our stay special. They both were beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

We selected this hotel based on reviews and we were staying in the city for both business and pleasure. Our stay was simply marvellous. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the pool where you will be really well looked after. The selection of food on offer at breakfast was amazing, every dietary requirement is catered for. The hotel also has a fantastic range of restaurants, so you’re also well catered for in that department.

I would like to take the opportunity to highlight the high standards of hospitality from every member of the staff from each department. What makes the a difference with staying at Athenee compared to other hotels within the Marriott group portfolio is their commitment to excellence in service and hospitality. Breakfast has a wide range of options, but the quality of food is OK. Maybe, the hotel could expand on a special dish of the day to highlight the cook's creativity and cooking skills ? Also, we tried Hashiri and House of Smooth Curry. The beef and Foie gras, Pad Thai, fluffy crab omelette is out of the world to name a few. Spa treatment is good. The pool service with hardworking hospitable staff is first class. There was a minor hiccups with settling the bill and hotel credit issue, but the reception staff (June) handled the situation as best as she could. I do apologise if I gave her a hardtime, I was too tired and exhausted, having to wait and also go up and down the elevator to settle the bill with honesty. All in all, my stay at Athenee has been enjoyable. I hope the management team of the hotel acknowledge every hotel staff for their strive for excellence. God bless !

At Rain Tree buffet, I had a very good time with family and got an excellent service by Khun Korn, Khun Ann, Khun Noon and Khun Jay. Good atmosphere with variety of tasty international food. Would recommend to anyone and definitely come back again.

Review for Rain Tree Café I had a wonderful dining experience at Rain Tree Café, made even better by the exceptional service from K. Sang. Dining out with two young kids can be quite a challenge, and they ended up making quite a mess at the table. However, K. Sang was incredibly patient and accommodating, handling everything with kindness and professionalism. She made sure we were comfortable and never made us feel bad about the mess. The food selection was impressive, with a great variety to choose from, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place for families. A big thank you to K. Sang for her outstanding service! We truly appreciated her help and will definitely return.
